  1. Hey, lately I've been working on a custom Caryn from the Deadliest of the Species comics. I've been using Shanna the She-Devil as the core base, as well as for the face, but I really just don't think the aggression matches Caryn's characterization in the comics. Anyone know of good fearful or in-awe expressions from female Minimates, in the "normal" flesh tone? This is what it's looking like currently (might switch out the torso print), with the Shanna face, as well as the Predator mask I've been going with:
  2. Yeah, still hoping they revisit the old costume. Love Moon Knight, favorite Marvel character, but I really don't want to pay the $40 on eBay for the old one.
  3. Yeah, I'm just looking for generic stuff that can fit into holsters.
  4. Looks like they're going for pretty cheap, thanks!
  5. Hey, I was just wondering, are there any Minimate packs in particular that just come with a lot of generic weapons (knives, guns, etc)? I'm looking to arm up some figures beyond the accessories they come with.
  6. I'll definitely look into that, I remember thinking they could be close enough. That actually looks really close, I might need to look at more pictures (worst case scenario, I add a satin finish to make it less matte). I thought about those originally but always assumed the basic ones might have too bright of a silver. If anyone's got both though, it'd be great to see the figures next to each other. Thanks for the help!
  7. I think it'd be interesting to have the Marvel Legends take on Build-A-Figure and use unrealistically large figures for the parts. It's a long shot, but I think larger characters could finally get larger depictions this way, rather than needing to fit in the normal packaging. We've seen what DST can do with the core Minimate body with the Alien Queen, and it's nuts.
  8. Hey, I've got the Conqueror Ultron figure from that comic box set from a while back, the one with Fury and Angela. Since the print under the chest armor has more classic detailing, I was looking for a good color match pair of legs to make him a more classic-styled Ultron. Anyone know a good color match for the figure's weird off-gunmetal? The attached image isn't mine, but it should hopefully give an idea of what I'm talking about.
