UK Collector
So today is the 40th birthday of the Hard Rock Cafe (in London) and in honour of this they had a special menu where the food was back to it's 1971 original price. So after queuing for nearly 3 hours in the sunshine, I finally got a look at the menu and was not disappointed. Burgers and fries for 60p, coke floats for 25p, sundaes for 30p. Amazing. Cost £2.50 to feed me and my girlfriend, that's burgers and desserts. To be fair to the restaurant they also kept us entertained while we queued and provided us with drinks, birthday cake and ice cream which was decent of them. They were also selling tickets to see Rod Stewart at the Hard Rock Calling festival in a couple of weeks......£1.50 a ticket! Now I'm not a huge fan of Hot Rod but that won't stop me enjoying myself. Anyways, just wanted to share on what was a really great evening. Loved every minute.....and the food.
