Strangely though, there is no record of it on her diskogrophy on wikipedia, i tunes or youtube. However if you Google it, it comes up with the lyrics. So, am I crazy or what's going on here? Second, where did you hear the song in the first place? Sometimes it's best to start with the source if you can. I did a little bit of googling and it looks like this song, like Battlecat said, was on that E.P. It also looks like there was a bonus track release (possibly the Japanese release?) of I Tried to Rock You But You Only Roll that included this song.
