The problem being he is just a plain civilian looking character. There have been lots of talk already about plain characters and they just don't seem to catch on it seems. From upcoming previews the next big Marvel story line involves a reforming of The Avengers (Cap Am, Thor and IM) so I wouldn't be surprised is when the dust settles the main line up would take characters from the other orbital Avengers titles into the main title.
