Mystery Man
I haven't bought the set. I've seen pictures that show that the Iron Man from the set is taller than regular minimates. Is there any way to physically cut the boots he has down or do any kind of switching so that he isn't so damned tall? Thanks, Matt
Rad
Only way I can imagine doing it is to take a cutting tool to the boots, remove a section, and then glue the remaining parts back together. It's no good just swapping out normal red feet as he has yellow detailing on the lower leg. Honestly though it doesn't really matter that he's taller, he looks good amongst a bunch of ordinary mates. Bigger, chunkier... Just like a bloke in a suit of high tech armour should.
Jad
Civil War Iron Man comes with a pair of normal yellow feet, as seen here: http://www.mwctoys.com/REVIEW_041808a.htm
rx78jj
It bothers me too. Also the gauntlets he wears. I wonder though, how would the Iron Man movie mates look. Those seem to have nice boots. But honestly they should redo that armor. Make another Modern Iron Man.
Mystery Man
I'll just skip the Civil War set for now since it's more for completists sake than actually wanting 'em and get a movie Iron Man since the armor is just about the same and call it good.
