Alpheon
I dug out old copies of these two (JR wasn't even open!) and have been playing them constantly with DOSBox ever since. Without a doubt (in my humble opinion), the most well-crafted Star Trek games ever. Point-and-click adventure games set during the Original Series, with voice acting from all the respective actors, a great storyline, easy-to-pickup gameplay, and darn good graphics? 25th and JR have it all. I was wondering if any of you had ever played either one. Did you like it? Hate it? Completely indifferent to it? If you'd like to play it, I'm pretty sure the floppy-version of 25th (without voice-acting) is now Abandonware/freeware (is the former illegal?). Also, there is another spiritual successor: Star Trek: The Next Generation - A Final Unity. I know we own it, but I can't find it. I'll be conducting a search later on.
