He's from the Robotech line of I-Men that came out a couple years ago. Sort of. If you can find Roy Fokker (Skull Leader), then all you'd need to do is paint the yellow red. But I couldn't find him, so I just got whatever the red and white one is. Then I put the head from my transforming Super Deformed Skull Leader onto the red and white body and painted the chest white.
