How hard would it be, and how silly would it look, to do pictures of people's faces? Not even a straight picture, but like a MM interpretation? How would one go about that? Discuss. However if you wanted to do it the old fation way... (they do this all the time with legos) try: http://www.minifigcustomizationnetwork.com/ has a bunch of great resources http://www.brickshelf.com/ search for decal or pictures.
