As you may remember, Shelley was in "Six Degrees of Separation" and had Baltar sweating bullets when he thought he had been found out. She wore a dark suit with glasses and had her hair in a ponytail for most of the episode. Six in the white dress, on the other hand, has been seen several times, such as in many of Baltar's visions on Kobol back in Seasons 1 and 2.
