i'm always trying to make a comic book story using minimates but new mates come out and i get new ideas and story ideas, but action, i can do action

So looking at the 24 set there looks like you get a briefcase, mobile phone, pda, gun & a really, really cool gun with silencer!!

in the UK there definately coming out i got an e-mail saying there out thursday, in the US i'm guessing things maybe held up because of labour day thats why diamond shipping list has not been updated

The UK could actually get minimates before the US if only by a couple of hours

just got confirmation that dc wave 5 is out in the UK this thursday, we're still waiting for oh lets see, rocky, bsg, star trek, marvel 16 & zombies thought, i know why i takes so long, its just frustrating

I don't know if they were produced in fewer numbers, but I'd say people bought multiple sets just to make more background crew members.

Don't know about reorders we've not had our initial orders over here in the UK glad i got some shipped from the states, from what i'm told theres a container/containers full off minimates on a ship makings it way across the atlantic (flying would be so much faster!!)

normally up to a month before they get here, they don't come over from diamond US, when they ship in the US they get shipped from china to the main US supplier, who then sends them out over a 2 week period to the other smaller suppliers in the US (thats why they come out a different time on the east/west coast and on differnt days) the main US supplier then sends the UK stock by sea over here to a supplier called gear 4 games who then supply diamond UK it happens with all minimate products except DC and anything that is a "previews exclusive" they come direct from diamond

hope that clears the whole "why in the UK do we get things late"

its like the old saying "to many cooks, etc, etc, etc.....

it sucks but dc should be out over here next thursday in the LCS and it would be awesome if all the other stuff turned up at once, but it will cost a small fortune picking everything up!!!!!

still waiting for mine, why does there have to be a giant ocean seperating me from my all these new minimates still they will come!!

meanwhile in the UK we've had nothing and don't know when we're getting anything sometimes we have to wait up to a month to get new arrivals :sad:

on the plus side my lcs has made and sent out a minimate magazine/ ordering catalouge and this website gets a mention!!!! nice.

i'd love stargate and diamond already have the rights for them and given the succsess of BSG i would like to think that next year maybe with the release of the staight to dvd movies they might do something.

the line would have a long life What with 10 seasons of sg-1 & 3 of atlantis and they could do what they did with the cylon wave that came out first but with jaffa and army build and if your like me you'd buy a case just to swap heads around and make "red shirt" sg-1 characters
