So the new F4 on Cartoon Network just aired. I'm sure a lot of people will say they don't like the anime-style characters, but I definitely dig it. Their uniforms are very non-traditional as well. At least we didn't have to endure an "origin" episode the first week! I am anxiously awaiting the rest of the season...

The new GL 3-Pack has the black chick, Kyle, and some Wolf-man guy. As you can tell, I'm not very familiar with the individual GL's names... Definitely no Hal though.

The figures are cool... Blind packaging sucks though!

I know this is off topic but speaking of whoring out Marvel characters has anyone seen the book were the X-Men meets Star Trek? Don't get me wrong I enjoy (ahh I love em really I do) both but is that going alittle to far?

RX78JJ: If all you need is Thor from the Giant Man series, I'll keep my eyes peeled. I've seen him a couple of times in my area, but passed. I gave up on the Marvel Legends line after the Legendary Riders wave. I intend to pick one up here or there (like if the Invisible Woman ever shows up), but overall I think that the character selection has become questionable. I used to buy each complete wave no matter who was in it. The BAF gimmick made that a necessity not to mention that I was buying 2 complete sets of each BAF wave- one to open and build and one set to keep MOC like my other Legends.

I saw Arctic Duke, Jungle Snake Eyes, and Hi-Tech today, but NO DESTRO!

I'm with you guys. I have always leaned towards Marvel because DC seemed so vanilla. Lately though, I have been much more interested in DC.

My only complaint with DC is that their villains are kind of lame compared to Marvel's...

I assume that some of you Minimate Maniacs are going to buy these DC mates by the case... If that is the, uh... case (no pun intended), PM me if you'd like to get rid of a set!
