1) Will we be getting popular characters like Gambit, Captain Britain, and Giant Man anytime soon?

2) Is there also going to be a cut-down on overused characters such as Vampire and Bela Lagosi?

3) Is there any more plans for more X-Men 3 Movie characters, like a costumed Cyclops, Jean Grey and Angel?

Hey guys. 'The Hunt' is going well! Just now off eBay, I bought Iron Man, The Frankenstein, Silver Surfer, and Gajin Vampire! It was quite cheap too, costing me less than 15 quid for the lot (from USA, this is), so I'm really happy. Unfortunately, they're going to get packed away in a box for my Birthday in late November, but still, I'm so excited! I'm also gettign Horrific plague 5 too, so it's a very MiniMate-Birthday!

I'm really happy with Silver Surfer especially, cos I've heard he is uncommon, bordering on rare. May be lies, but his board rocks! Thanks guys for encouraging me!

This is my guesses...

Beast Boy/Terra - Same reason why MST said.

Black Canary/Lady Shiva - Birds of Prey deserves a set of Minimates by now, and Lady Shiva is villanous enough.

Martian Manhunter/Zatanna - This gives us even more JLA members.

Darkseid/Orion - Darkseid gives us another enemy in Wave 9 and is 2.5inches, and Orion is a New God (?). So that's a good idea.

One problem I do have with my team is the fact there isn't much diversity to it, but I'd still like to see it.

The guy with the eBay store (too big a username, soz ), I'm looking at it now, and I love you have new waves in. When my birthday comes in, I'll pay you a visit! Thanks everyone for the help!

JCA, I am gonna stick to a single Spiderman, the main Avengers, and my fave X-Men for starters...then eventually move on until I have all my favourite characters in Mate form...I'm not that interested by the F4, and I prefer the DC Enemies anyway (). So I'll use them instead to battle my soon-to-be MarvelMates!

I can't wait for Wave 7...it is Ambush Bug/Lobo, Nightwing/Starfire, Flash/Grodd, Classic Batman/Clayface, right?

I sitll need waves 5 and 6...and I know they're going to put Wave 7 up early...how will I keep up?

Why hasn't he made more? I love those minimate comics!

Okay, I got interested in Minimates in February, where on a review site, they reviewed DC Minimates. I decided to buy the first series of DC, and decided to have a look at the Marvel ones whilst I was on eBay. Seeing the masses of variants, I was put off by it all, and left it. Soon, I discovered Minimates Central, where there was clear reviews of most of the Mates. I decided that I'd check out the X-Men 'Mates, but again, got lost, in different costumes, timelines and stuff. Now that they have announced Angel, I'm interested again, and I kinda want the X-Men and Avengers Mates, but not the rest. All I ask is, is it too late to start collecting, and is there a decent amount of X-Men in one timeline available, that will give me a decent collection?

Ten days to go until the next series! I've been waiting ages, my 'mates have been neglected for nearly two months now, and I'm just happy to know the series is around the corner...How has everyone else been coping?

I've just started reading JLA, only on Issue 1 *sigh*, and I have yet to know why the Lightning Saga is such a big deal....you have to read both JLA and JSA to see all the saga, right? Good to know West is back in our time, I'm seriously loving this incarnation, if only they had Roy as Arsenal it would be perfect.

I liked the fact that he said Angel wasn't ruled out from being a minimate, so if they make a movie or comic book version, I'd have all the X-Men mates as soon as possible. (I don't collect Marvel)

The only thing up with this is that the hair and face remain oldschool, but this is how you get his costume.

You will need from the DCD Minimates:

Wave 1 Superman

Wave 2 Robin

Wave 3 Green Arrow

On the Robin figure, take off the legs, shoes, and the weird dress thing.

Get the Green Arrow figure, and take off the belt downwards.

Attach Supermans actual belt to GAs painted belt.

Add the legs to the torso, and you have modern Robin (almost)!

We have 990 members, which means we're almost at the 1000 landmark!

My Green Arrow had the legs shut. I put my finger behind his leg joint on the back of the 'mate, and put the other one just above the shoe, and pulled it forward. It worked, and it was just an uncut joint. My Wondy was okay, though. To be honest, GA's skin flap doesn't bother me.

That was on GMTV this morning...but it's white powder...
