It says "...legal action on behalf of your backers." Does this refer to KS taking legal actions? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Did you get a response from any of them? I get the feeling that even the actors and artists never got paid anything.

Your suggestion seems reasonable. I just don't know if the folks running Kickstarter would have a way of forcing Digger to address this matter or even just to listen to the complaints. Payments were made through credit cards over a year ago, so there may no longer be a way to file for chargebacks.

Still unable to see it. Could it be because the post is only viewable by your FB friends? If you change the privacy settings for that post to "public", then everyone will be able to see it.

The post is no longer there. If you posted it on his timeline, he would have the ability to delete it (which is what I assume happened). Might be better to just post it on your own timeline and then tag him (and his partners) afterwards.

It's really sad how this thing has turned out. Digger has kept silent about this project but he is making a lot of noise about other projects he is supposed to be part of (like The Other Dead and Payday 2). Perhaps if enough backers clamor for an answer, someone from his camp might reply.
