I ordered one of these recently but it arrived sans 'little ladders' .

    I contacted Ikea several times ,I rung & rung & rung .

This morning I received a message from Ikea saying that they could forward me "just one ladder "

I was not happy & I have told Ikea that I will take further steps

Good luck. I had a 45 day fight with them over a wardrobe that only ended when I posted a paid tweet about them and they sent their marketing team to me telling me they were going to get twitter to suspend my account. It didn’t end well for them but I did end up getting my wardrobe for free, reimbursed delivery fee, and a store credit that had an expiration date.

Of you have a look at the third picture, there's a sneaky little Cable-pool minimate in the middle row on the far right (next to Phoenix) for size comparison.

.... YOU ARE A GENIUS! Thank you. Now ordered and have to think about how/when I'm going to get them back to the states.

I'm based in Canberra. It's the nation's capital, but isn't very well known outside of Australia. LOL

I’m familiar! I lived in Sydney as a kid and my family migrated back in the 2000s. I’m impressed you find Minimates there! I usually go back for Christmas every year and have to bring them to my collector friends and nephews.  Would you mind taking a photo of a mate in there so I can see size? Please and thanks.

Apologies if this is not the best place for it, but happy for a mod to move it as needed.I found these display stands that I thought might work well for minimates.
Anko seems to be the in house discount brand in KMart here, so not sure if it'll exist in the US or UK.

They're designed for lego-style mini figures. Each display has three shelves with a sliding clear plastic window on the front. The shelves each have 4 little 'lego' plates in them to peg peg mini figures on to, but they're removable if you wanna put minimates in there instead.
The case retails for $20.00 here, so I imagine it'd be about $10 if available in the US.

This is amazing! Where in Aus are you based?

This Hall of Justice is one clearance at Entertainment Earth:

I ordered one, so I'll let you all know how it looks with Minimates; should be a bit more in scale than the Funko one.

It is awesome! I love mine! https://www.instagram.com/p/B5ZJhiVA0fB/?igshid=dwkjdfqahwcw

my memories of MASK vehicles, although mine are all in storage,  is that they would be too small to accommodate minimates, i recently had some mask figures out and they are much smaller and i remember most of the vehicles being tight even for them.

Yeah mine are in Australia so odds of seeing them again at this point are slim to none. Just came across the motorcycle in a toy group that they are selling and I am tempted.

Any information about Walgreen Minimates is totally welcome IMHO.  The article has its flaws but its mere existence alerts the likes of me that there is something  new 'minimate' that I can collect ........how else would I know ? I appreciate that there are announcements on the DST website but they are rarely 'news' .

I have come to accept the mentality of DST that it is considered pointless announcing new Walgreens minimates when it would seem (from what I read) that almost nofucker can find them in many (most) Walgreen stores until maybe months after their existence is actually acknowledged.  That apparently is WG's fault , once DST get their money it's perhaps up to WG to promote the product ? Do they ?

Believe it or not I have learnt to shutthef*ck up about the Walgreens Minimates that I have 'gathered' because I consider it  almost seems like I'm thumbing my nose at my fellow minimate collector !  I posted recently about the latest Gameverse 'mates & when I read my post again I actually realised that it was almost disrespectful to anybody that will struggle finding them now or ever.

Any information about Walgreens Minimates is totally welcome IMHO from any source ,poorly written or not.

Yeah, I wouldn't be too quick to pin the total blame on Walgreens. I spent three years working with them and this minimates phenomena is not something I have ever encountered-- even when launching a new product, product line or a store opening. Maybe things have changed since I know there have been a couple changes in how corporate is run (especially with the Duane Reade/Rite Aid acquisition). I do find it frustrating for fans that they can't access the products that they want so I am always willing to help out. Currently on the hunt for a Peggy for a friend and always looking for a few of my fellow Common Wealth Club fans.

I agree for the most part any press is good press and driving impressions for the brand overall is always a positive given how awareness seems to be another key issue.

I just watched a trailer for the upcoming Hulu Modok animated series , a bizarre show for a bizarre character & obviously far too bizarre for DST to produce an official comic-version Minimate ;)  Once you've seen the trailer you'll surely be wondering why ,after 11 years, we've never had a re-run of those wonderful AIM Minimates ?

I am often surprised that we haven’t had more AIM scientists. I did love the three pack that Hasbro did of 3 army builders in a pack. Wish we had something similar.

The question is, if DST had the license to make Star Wars Minimates, would they?

If they could, I think they would. At the very least they would try to solicit them like John Wick and Jackie Chan. Don’t get me started on Disney, The store, or the parks— my blood pressure can’t take it lol. I will never understand why minimates aren’t sold there or we don’t have park exclusives. It’s been 10 years since I went to IOA but I don’t remember them selling them there... plenty of Marvel Legends though... plllllllenty of Legends.

saw this on diamond's shiplist today and i think it'd be awesome for street fighter type minimates:

    https://www.previewsworld.com/Catalog/JUN208330

according to amazon its about a 11" deep, 9" tall which makes me thing its about 14" long sideways.  Anyways, thought it be a fun one but not worth spending $30 to find out if i'm right or wrong

Woof that’s a beauty. I’d use it only twice or else I’d buy it. Still haven’t bought the rick and Morty sets Or even the Jada Batcave. ?

I have zero love for the X-Men animated series so this might be the first Marvel line I skip in a long, long time. It's difficult enough to find the 'mates I do want. (Looking at you, Agent Carter.)

Hey if you need one the last time I went to the store they had 4. Send me a message here or Instagram and I will see if they still have her.
