    Skylanders Giants Mega Bloks Coming This Fall

    I want us to move from promos to product, as well. Monkeycrumb's reaction is one I've been worried about.

    BUT. To be fair, they DO know what it looks like.

    Although there is now some question as to whether or not the cape will be up or down. It's supposed to be up -- we'll see.

    Still some of my unanswered stuff if you got a sec is. What all is going to be up for grabs at SDCC? Just the 2 pack? Or can I get that 3rd variant cover there as well? New posters? some uber rare promos? I need answers man lol.

    Wow.

    I'm happy for all of you that are getting what you want with the $50 comic order variant. Kudos to Luke for such a saintly offer!

    That said, I skipped this altogether. There are already too many variants for a line that hasn't even come out yet. Personally, I wouldn't pay $50 just to get a variant of a character I knew nothing about without so much as a picture of it. I like my Alligators that I have, but I refuse to play the completionist game any more. I'll buy what I find IF I like it. BattleBeasts have just broken my completionist mentality. I'm off to BBTS to remove some preorders for other series I was "iffy" on. I've been a huge fan and supporter of DST for the past 10-years, but I refuse to support comic book store gimmicks. I have no need for 25 copies of this comic book.

    you don't have to buy the comics, in theory it is up to your comic book store to buy them so they can sell you the exclusive fig. We dropped 50$ get the first comic, a variant cover and the figure but will know 100% we will have it. not sure what I am going to do with all my other copies tho tbh.. prob try to sell them out for a buck a pop heh and if Battle Beasts ever upset you enough to get rid of your gators let me know ;)

    I am jelly of ur straight sword.. mine is more bent over than a 2$ hooker and no matter what I do cant get it flat :(

    Oooooh, you mean Vorin's. Try sticking the blade part in between pages on a really thick book for a few days. That should straighten it out.

    haha, ya that is what I been doing leave it there for 4/5 days looks good put it on the fig few hrs later curls back up.. may have to put it in a book for a month or two and pray for the best lol.

    that whole series looks like it should be awesome. I am trying to find some old mega blok dragon sets for the battle beasts that will soon invade my collection and oh how I wish there was a bricklink for mega bloks. the ebay hit or miss thing stinks :(

    Hey all,

    There's a really expensive Lego set ($100) that I'd really love to have but can't justify spending that much money on it.

    Do any of you who buy Lego's know of places to pick up the sets w/out figures? As I'll be using minimates with it, I don't mind if it doesn't have the block-figures included but I'd like to find someplace to get it cheap, if possible, even though it may mean that I'll have to do some waiting.

    Check out http://www.bricklink.com/ back when I was collecting all the vintage castle lego's from my childhood this is where I snagged them all up. Almost always cheaper than the bay also and losts of times can buy the sets w/o the minifigs which is nice.

    Zach gave us some informations times ago.

    Don't know exact numbers, but there are no Gators left in the office. Some staff members have one, I don't. Gave my only one (gold, I think) away in a contest. First Gator was silver, at NYTF 2010. Maybe 200 of those? C2E2 and SDCC, maybe 600 each? The Carry Case one, I have no idea, but maybe a similar number. The red Vorin promo, we made 600.

    Damn these gators are starting to put a dent in my wallet.....just picked up a gold one in package! 3 down one to go....and I'm afraid it's gna cost me...anyone selling a silver gator???lol. On a sidenote my grey vorin came in today!!!!yes!!!!

    Nice! Where did you score yours at? I am on the hunt for one mildly inexpensive one to do as a custom :)

    Ya all in about a week...basically from rediculous amount of searching on forums and ebay.Now all i need silver and I'll be able to sleep good at nite...lol

    I just heard from my diamond rep, and he forgot about Memorial Day. Now I need to have my orders in tomorrow morning. If anyone who has not contacted me yet would like to get the Stealth Vorin deal, let me know by 8AM CST tomorrow (Friday).     Did you find out if you will be getting the variant covers also since for every 10 orders you get 1? so does that mean with us getting 25 comics will we get 2 variants in the 25? and just need you to hit me back with ur paypal :)
