  1. I'm still contemplating whether or not that DBZ was the end to my Dragon Ball. I rewatched all of DB and then DBZ as an adult and it still holds up. Having said that, I found it annoying that Goku must constantly improve or achieve a greater form to get even stronger. I rather him or anyone in the show train without the goal of becoming something new, instead of solely on the opponent at hand. I loved Goku becoming the legendary SS or Vegeta working non stop to become one as well. The Buu Saga for example, in the end vs Kid Buu, Vegeta had no chance to kill Buu, but knew he had to distract him in order to give Goku time for the shows signature ultimate attack. Now he'd pop a SSG and kill him, there's no max to their Sayin power (Yes I remember that Sayin comeback stronger after near death battles). I don't know maybe I'm being annoying not giving it a chance, but it seems like bad writing or laziness to me.

  2. $25-$65 but some old figures are stupid expensive. I've seen some old school stuff from when I was a kid...2000-03 but it is going for a little more. My first DBZ toys were SS Goku and Final Form Frieza. I had no clue what SS meant, I thought it was a sailing term ☺️. They had three POA!

  3. Wow, that's a lot. Why would these be like the first marvel waves, making you buy helmet-less Iron Man? Super Sayin Goku could have an alternate powered down hair and head, or maybe a hair that's both. Such as that Human Torch that was mid transformation. Also why not have awesome static statues like Snarf for small characters? Leaving short legs for kid Gohan and Krillen. Other then those two gripes, I'd buy them all.

This is sort of off the ramp of minimates, but I didn't really know where else to ask this. To your knowledge, are there any current more affordable DBZ toys that are either the size of minimates or as affordable?

I say this because when I was younger, Walmart and the like obviously sold DBZ merch for a relatively normal price. Nowadays, places like toywiz seem to have a large selection for 40 bucks and up for decent figures. I know the American market has fallen over the years, but surely there is something. I know Action 66 was mentioned, but that's just four characters. Thank you deeply in advance.

No idea. I collect the SH Figuarts line. Did you want the old school Bandi figures?

  4. My guess? None of those.

Most likely 1 or 2 new characters that people have been asking for, and a bunch of re-do's or costume variations of existing characters that will piss off Valo.

    3 Domino, 5 Cables, 54 Deadpools and 0 Toads

I'm interested in seeing more pictures, accessories, and alternate looks. But interesting choices, I'm most excited for Zenpool, Domino, and Siryn.

  5. Thanks! I used Blob's boots, thigh covers, and right bicep and hand. As well as Maestro's left bicep and hand over the original's arm. I was able to cover the gap on Maestro's bicep piece with a little apoxie and painted them all silver to match. I think the character is way to cool to not be remade one day, but until then I'm happy with him.
