Well, my gifts arrived in 2 parts. The first package had these two really awesome books! Super Graphic is full of interesting facts and info about the comics world in infographic format, very cool. The 2nd book is full of incredible art work and sketches of all different styles depicting burlesque dancers. As a graphic designer, these are right up my alley.

The next day after getting the 1st package, I got an email:

"On Thursday you should get a package from Amazon. This might confuse you. Do not worry - this is just the first part of your gift from your Minimate Multiverse Birthday Elephant (also known as "Gary"). The second part of your gift will be coming soon after - perhaps Friday, perhaps over the weekend. The mysteries of the postal service are confusing to a simple Birthday Elephant known as Gary. Please enjoy all your gifts when you recieve them.

First I was all like "Whaaaaat??" Then I was all like "Woo Hoo, more awesome stuff!" Since I had already gotten package 1 before I got the email I was even more excited.

A few day later I get package 2. Inside were two nicely wrapped gifts along with a note from "Gary"

Take off the paper and... jackpot! Best of Wave 3 and MZ Villains box set 2!! Cross these off my want list

Thank you so much "Gary" for all this awesome stuff! Now trying to figure out who you are might have been a little bit more challenging if it hadn't been for...

While getting family pictures done at the mall tonight, I wandered into Newbury Comics and found some Turtle blind bags. I decided I would try my luck, so I felt up the first bag (hee hee) and it was definitely a turtle, so I went ahead and bought it. Inside I found a Mutugen Raph, woo hoo! First bag, first try Strange thing though, the package shows Mutugen Mikey on the back. Is that normal, or do I have a strange mix up? This is the 1st time I've seen these in the wild.

Just got my case from Luke, and these things are awesome! And since the "foot swap thread" is now locked, does anyone have 2 left feet (the figure's left) that wants to swap, as I have 2 rights?

Anyone else notice the NASA mate is a 3 incher? Are these leftover blanks from a time forgotten?

Definitely contact the seller, there is no way those Monster Island ants could have escaped his view while packing the mates inside. Maybe it was some sort of twisted joke, or maybe he thinks you really like ants. IDK, but that is messed up. I would negative feedback the crap out of him as well. Raid impervious monster ants are not to be taken lightly.

Yet another phenomenal looking Sin City box set, so psyched for this license. Aliens stuff is looking great, love the chest bursting accessory. Not very excited for anything else though, except for Gray Hulk and movie Mystique. Hopefully we see some more cool reveals in the coming days.

I do get it, though. I mean, selling adult themed products to kids is almost as strange as kid themed products being sold to adults. . .or girl themed products being sold to boys. . .but for all those things, as least we can say they're a long, long way from selling girl, kid themed products to adult men.
