I think they could create BOTH Crystals with a collar piece, two sets of arms and legs, and two hair pieces. You could honestly make both logs about 97% accurate that way.

I think the point is, Zach's job is publicity, not exactly customer relations. It isn't on his shoulders to take customer concerns back to management. They have a feedback forum for EXACTLY that. Just because he's here on this message board DOESN'T mean he's obligated to take every concern we voice back to the team.

What if the two pack was a character with their civilian counterpart. MOST parts would be reuse, so costs would be low there. Use that cost savings to offset and especially dense offering of accessories

Which is a damn shame, as we could've killed two birds with one stone with a Secret Warriors wave that mirrored the last season of Agents of Shield 

Don't get me wrong. I'd LOVE Gorgon. But I see HIM fitting in more places/having more appeal than Cyber. Gorgon has been the enemy of Wolverine, the Secret Warriors, and the Avengers. We could get him in a wave with Shang Chi, for instance

I agree. Too many spare parts for one figure, unless MAYBE the other figure in the pack was shared with a TRU pack or something.

The reason it makes sense for SpA Morph to look so different is that you were in a world where mutants were now the ruling class. Why, then, would he attempt to look like a normal human? The implication is that the noseless white fleshed face is his "default" setting.
