I'm not too excited about HALO being announced(don't play it much), seeing as we're getting pounded with Halo products but I suppose these will be a cheaper alternative to the full-scaled ones. You can make your live Spartan without having to spend tons of money on the other figures, so that's always a bonus. I just wonder if they will do armor/weapon packs like McFarlane?

ps: We need Halo Wars Arbiter!

I agree with you on this one. I was never too big a fan of Halo. I mean, I loved Halo 2's multiplayer, but I never cared for the single player. I'll pick up a few probably. These I might play with though lol. But kind of disappointed that it wasn't something else. Also as said above, what happened to the TV/Movie idea. Although, the Black Lagoon and Wolfman might be under that category, I thought more would have come of it.

I have 3 TRUs near me that I have frequented for the past couple of years. I used to collect Mighty Muggs and Marvel Universe figures. I have to say, with most items, Target would get it first and more of it, but never put it out. With TRU, they get little of it, and either leave it all out at once, or they hide it in the back until a sale. The only Muggs I never had a hard time finding were the TRU Exclusives. Which pisses me off. It does so, because even while I wasn't collecting 'Mates, I still wanted the Stay Puft Marshmellowman mate. Every time I went to TRU, I'd look to see if they had him. I go every Tuesday and Thursday, and used to go every Fri, Sat, and Sunday. I'm pissed off because why did they make so many of the Exclusive Mighty Muggs to the point where I still see a stack of Punisher when I go to any TRU. Now, when they have these 'Mates that actually sell very well, they limit them and it is extremely hard to find any. I find it absurd that I have not encountered a Stay Puft Marshmellowman 'mate. I have seen every other one, except him. Also, I have never seen any of the box sets at my TRUs. It just annoys me at how TRU operates. With anything I have collected, they get it a lot later and refuse to put it out. Even with their WWE products. I was lucky enough to make friends with one of the guys who used to unload the boxes of WWE products for one of the ones by me. He would always tell me and my co-workers when they had them in and when they would put them out on the shelves. There's so much more I want to say, urghhh TRU pisses me off so much. Not to mention the fact that they owe me over $16 in a return they never credited back to my card bc they're Express stores don't know how to do returns, and they're customer service is Poop!!! They gave me fake numbers numerous times and only called me back once, only to give me a fake number again!

I'd be willing to wager that it's not Halo. Anyone want to bet?

Welcome to Oblivion, or more precisely, the oblivion your wallet will experience with all the waves that are out there to collect. I remember way back when that my first set was the Spiderman set with the mystery Rhino figure from Toys R Us. The good old days.

Oh my wallet knows collecting well. First it was Mighty Muggs, then Marvel Universe, then Jakks/Mattel WWE, but this is something I can settle down with. I still have so many Mighty Muggs I'm trying to get rid of, they took up so much room. These guys are nice and small, and a lot less expensive than anything else I've collected. I think I can settle with these, comics, and the few MU's I want. But MU Galactus is going to kill me with money.

Uncharted is great, but Uncharted 2 is AMAZING. Especially the online multiplayer.

I'll have to try it out. I'm gonna be at a loss for money so it'll be tight getting the games I want. But I still have MGS4 that I haven't gotten through, I just need to bring myself to play again.

Left 4 Dead Minimates would make me the happiest guy on earth. Other than that I'd say to go back to Street Fighter, with SSF4 coming out soon and all.

Ugh, I hate living on the East Coast. I want to make my way to Sdcc every year but get stuck working. I doubt I'll be able to head out this year, and there are so many SDCC exclusives I want! I missed out on all the good stuff last year too. The B/W Capt. A, the MU Box Set, MM Logan with retractable claws!

I've been playing a lot of Fallout 3 (DAMN THAT GAME IS ADDICTIVE!) and Uncharted, But I've been playing more of the first Bioshock because soon my girlfriend will be getting me the second (Which I can't wait for.).

How is Uncharted, I've heard nothing but good things about it, but I can't bring myself to play it.

it's nice to see Hal included again I'm surprised it's not Jon Stewart.

I always liked Hal so much more than Jon. I don't know, in my eyes Hal is the real Green Lantern. When WB used to have their shops my dad used to collect the storyboards of the DC characters, so in my living room he gave me all of them and it's Hal as Green Lantern.

I beat Dante's Inferno last Sunday, I'm waiting to get ff13 then GoW3 then Heavy Rain. I still need to start (past 1st level) of MGS4.

The weirdest thing happened to me yesterday as I was looking for DC Classic figures at TRU yesterday. I saw two Bucky Captain America/AIM Agent sets and 1 - Bullseye - Moonstone set. Didn't find any DC so I went ahead and got the Moonstone set.

Ah, I've been looking for AIM Agents everywhere! The TRUs by me never have them.

Personally I just wish we may be able to see the day that we get Minimates of pirates to balance out our already-swollen stable of superheroes, cowboys and, erm, ninjaish guys. I don't care how DST does it; maybe the Disney deal gets them a shot at Pirates of the Caribbean, or maybe they'll go public domain and make figures of Treasure Island, or maybe they'll improvise with Marvel 1602. In any case, I just want at least one set of honest-to-goodness scurvy Minimate buccaneers and junk.

Speaking of Marvel 1602, I just bought the trade of it last night. I'm planning on reading through it this weekend!

I would love for a M.U.S.C.L.E. or Evil Dead/Army of Darkness minimates. And the Ferris Bueller's Day Off would make sense since they're making a re-make of the movie, that would actually pretty cool to have as a movie tie in. They'll probably announce movie Deadpool and Green Lantern sets for the movies coming out next year, well hopefully they'll do them. Also, I know this sounds out of place but, SPONGEBOB MINIMATES!!! Or American Psycho or House of 1000 Corpses/The Devil's Rejects minimates!!! =DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD I would love a Patrick Bateman and Captain Spaulding minimate!

I found a Battle damaged daredevil and bullseye from wave 4 at a local comic shop tonight. I was so happy =D I love how they used to have removable helmets and masks.

Same here, I'm only seeing the XMO ones, although one tru by me had a few ghostbusters and battlestar left. I'm still looking for the spidey/venom and wolverien/sabertooth packs. I passed on them so many times while collecting muggs and MU.
