Here's something to think about: Manga-Mates! Being a lover of Manga (Shounen Jump titles the most)

I am wishing for some mates of Bleach, One Piece, DBZ, Bo-bobo, and others! (of course, this could just be the Jump Ultimate stars posining my brain )

Akira Minimates wouldn't go amiss but unfortunately as far as i'm aware they already exist as a Kubrick line

A Mouth of Sauron mini would have been cool also.

I can do that cos i haven't really got anything planned, no family or anything coming over for the day. In fact this year's Christmas day is looking at being very quiet and contemplative for me. I'll probably just spend the day with a few beers, music and trying to write stuff, although i have got an idea for a painting in my head so i might try and translate that onto the canvas...

Thinking about it as well, Highlander and WWE would make good future licenses in my opinion. Who wouldn't want a 2.5" "Classics" Undertaker or Hulk Hogan...

Then I'd like a "Polish Power" Ivan Putski, Rocky Johnson, and a Piper's Pit playset with Snuka getting cracked with a coconut!.....man the good old days, when they were still the WWF

I think the way the BSG line is being done would suit a WWF/WWE line. You could have a "Classic WWF" line and then a "Modern WWE" line. Not too sure how some of the characters would translate into the minimate body but lets be honest here, if they can do "Rocky" then i'm sure that this line is achievable...

Gotta admit that Lurtz was pretty cool for a character created just for the film...

And if i remember rightly, Lurtz WAS the first Uruk-Hai or the first created by Saruman anyway, although i couldn't swear to that because it's been a while since i watched the Trilogy...

Just seen the official advert and BSG will be back on our screens with Season 3 on the 9th January...

That's what i'm planning on doing in the new year, gonna try and pick up as many of the Uruk-Hai Swordsman that i can...

Need to pick up a Uruk-Hai Crossbowman first and then i can concentrate on building an army to rule middle earth...Good thing is that with the Swordsman i can add various weapons from my bits box to change how they look...And i started making a "White Hand of Isengard" standard the other night so need someone to carry it into battle...

Plus once i get my hands on a Uruk-Hai Crossbowman i'll have all the Uruk-Hai and Orcs that were released...

I've only got one SMC and that's a series 1 Venom in mid transformation with Vault Guard base...

He's probably my favourite ML type figure though, well next to ML series 7 Wolverine/Weapon X anyway...

My big concern would be that 2000ad is a very British thing and might not sell to well here in the USA.

I agree slightly but you would think what with the film (And yeah, i know it was crap) that a 2000AD license would be a biggish seller...

2000AD is a pretty well known comic all over the place, i mean, one of my friends in Panama is a diehard 2000AD fanatic even though he has to D/L the latest issues...

Seriously, i think this should be the next line of figures to be released. They're fantastic comic characters and totally suitable for the Minimate treatment due to the bright costumes and accessories and just various characters from Rogue Trooper to Slaine to The A.B.C Warriors & Nemesis the Warlock...

You can have a Flash Gordon line by all means but it HAS to be based on the 1980's film as nothing else Flash Gordon reaches the high standards of the film

Mine is pretty simple, it's got to be Transformers. Although judging by the figures for the film next year, i won't be spending a lot so maybe time to start picking up the rest of the ALT's and start on the Classics lines...

Well at the moment it's proving to be Transformers Classics Grimlock & Skyfire Jetfire...
