edit: A great thread . Question : How many Minimates have the tops of their heads painted ? I don't know.

My guess is only Carnage that I can think of.

Goodness me! I have to pick up that Red Skull.

Anyway, am I the only one who is gonna swap out the Red Skull head for Neo Classic Iron man's Tony Face for a semi-okay Hitler Minimate?

I picked up all but the Gabe set today as they didn't have it, but I am really surprised how good the figures are. I love it how Bucky, Cap, and Frontline Cap include the Handguns from the DC Blackhawk set, instead of the usual Minimate handgun. I think it's really cool how almost all of them can holster them. Dum Dum has to be my favorite, he just looks REALLY cool in that outfit, and the rifle holster is a nice touch. Everything else is great, though Golden Age cap is a pretty boring choice.

Honestly, I didn't really think Thor was the best movie ever. I thought it was more or less a run-of-the-mill action/fantasy flick, and it never really felt "good" to me. The romance felt forced at times, the action wasn't at all exciting, and I wish there was less of the "civilian" scenes. But what I did like was the use of SHIELD/Coulson, and the Hawkeye scene was just beautiful. I could just watch that one part over and over and over again.

But all in all, it was okay, but not worth the price of a ticket. 5/10

I got the set today from Luke's, and I'm really pleased with it! I love the new Doc, and Strickland is an okay looking figure. Marty's just kinda bland, though he's growing on me, and I like his board. Biff is okay, but the face kinda ruins everything, as he looks....Uhm, what's the word? Derpy, I think?

No idea if this has been said before, but...What if it ends up that MvC3 sets are going to be the Comic-Con 2011 exclusives? (If we're still getting these, who knows)

SDCC mini-mate exclusives are no big deal and can almost always (someone will probably prove me wrong) be obtain easily after the show from your favorite retailer... so if they are the exclusive. Hey, at least the release date probably won't slide around wildly (for attendees anyway... the ship date to retailers probably will...)

Honestly, I wanted to make a Custom Edward Buck Minimate out of this, but...I ended up making this. I didn't get a chance to use anything to paint up the visor, but I thought someone else might find it neat. Made from the armor pieces of the Camo ODST with a blank black body, with Emil Blonsky's head....And for some reason TRON Legacy Sam Flynn's light disk! So without any other interruption, I give you...ODST guy!

I got a wolverine and magento pack and it came with black hands does anyone know if they should be brown.

Mine actually came with black hands as well, but I hope it wasn't intentionally like that.

I found the wave today, and overall, while it DOES have some problems, it's good. I have a few complaints such as my Warlock missing his left hand, and Spidey having two right arms. I do like Lizard, though, and Wolverine is really good in my opinion. Magneto's so SHHHHIIIIIIINNNNYYYYYY, but I wanna know if it's weird that every time I look at Magik, I think of Lady Gaga...Anyway, I don't care for Cannonball or Shatterstar, but they are good looking figures to me.
