I'm putting this in here becuase it's 'art' of sorts... For my computer animation assignment I had to put together a short animation, of at least 10 seconds. Now, I had plenty of ideas, and then I found mini-mates - which I saw as a brilliant medium for a small animation project. Originally, this was going to be a recreation of the fight from 'Arena', but it proved a little beyond my skills, so I settled on something less complex. Although I only bought some mini-mates for this assignment, I think i've definately been bitten by the bug, and have ordered a lot more! :biggrin:

Hi there. I've recently bought a few Star Trek minimates for an animation assignment I need to do, and thought i'd share some pictures of some of the props i've been putting together, using old lego pieces and a bit of paint: I only need it for a short scene, but I enjoyed building it. I'm also building a computer panel as well, and i'll post some pictures of that too when it's finished. Astor.
