Preorders for Asuka Langley Shikinami and adult Mikuru Asahina are up! I also forgot to post that there are preorders for Nozomi Akiyama from se Kirara, but I doubt anyone here plays that game.

At Wonderfest, they revealed Kos-mos and other figmas. Mostly more Nanoha stuff and one new Touhou figma, Aya Shimeimaru. You can also get a zombie Michael Jackson with extra hands so your other figma's can join in the zombie dance XD

Wow. Just wow. I'm surprised though that they show like a shitload of MAX and halo mates and we still haven't seen wave 38! But everything looks really good. You'd have to be a really selfish douchebag to not be happy with these sets. My favorite is probably the X-Force set; but I like 90s X-Men too!

Ugh, that new X-Force Wolverine is just hideous. I am thoroughly disgusted. Did we really need another one? I'd rather have an X-Force Domino. The rest looks great though. I haven't read AoA yet but it looks great. I hope we get a Sinister soon.

I'm happy for DST reaching out and making other sets but it's not really appealing to me. I wish they would have sticked with the playset and the other boxsets they announced.

Just got my Hulkbuster in the mail (from that $15 BIN auction) and it's awesome, though the helmet is kinda soft and warped a bit. Don't know how I'll fix it but it looks crooked sitting on the armor.

I used to expect Minimates to be perfect, but after looking at other toy lines I've learned to live with it. I've lowered my expectations a lot and I really don't care anymore if there's a small error because it's just going to happen. The more Minimates they produce, the more likely they're going to have quality issues. I'd be happy with less Minimates each year if the quality was better. When wave 25 Iron Man came out, I didn't intend on buying multiple packs for the AIM Agents, I just ended up with them because I wanted a better Iron Man. It took the best parts of three Minimates to make an Iron Man that would satisfy me.

It seems like TRU is to blame, since DST had to produce more Minimates when they partnered up while still producing Minimates for comic stores. Or maybe it's just a coincidence that that dip in quality happened, I don't know. All I know is that there have been more Minimates made than ever in the past, the quality control has gone down, and DST isn't replying to anyone here.

Do you think Sideshow will import the Assassin's Creed II figure? I'm just working out what my options are as a UKer, I've never ordered a Hot Toys figure before. Any advice?

Does anyone collect this line? It's mostly JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. So far I have Dio and he's awesome.

So far they've released Jotaro, Dio, Kakyoin, Polnareff, Abdul, Josuke and their respective Stands, and Killer Queen is out though Kira has yet to be released. They're also planning on reissuing the first version of The World and releasing Joseph Joestar with Iggy. I can't wait for Awakened Dio to come out too, because he comes with a WRYYYYYYYYYY sign, and maybe a papercraft steamroller.
