Ugh, just saw these in person at an LCS. These are so bad. I wonder how many different lines of vinyl DC will do before they come to their senses.

Hellpop, the first day that I had him, I put him in my pocket. While a friend was driving to the mall, I pulled him out and was playing with him, posing and making him bald, during that time I thought I noticed a bit of his eyebrow had gone missing. I wiped his face with my thumb thinking it may have been a piece of dust or something and discovered that the paint application was actual rubbing off. Hours later, and he had been in a pocket, his mouth was gone and most of his right eye.

I don't think I've ever had a face wear off like that. But, then again, I keep mine in a series of safety deposit boxes scattered throughout the Northeast, so they don't get handled that much.

Yeah, I always figured the tampos were fairly resilient, but I don't wear sandpaper underpants anymore. Maybe I'm just out of touch with what all the kids are doing these days.

Hellpop, have you been kicked out of the private room for taking too much time while 'opening' your safe deposit box? Twenty minutes just isn't enough time to fully reenact my "Spider-Men Versus the Cylons" space opera. I only keep them in abandoned missile silos now.

At first I wanted to say that I wouldn't give them to kids because of all the small parts that could be lost, but there are plenty of other toy lines that have small parts, like Lego minifigs and GI Joes. I guess it just depends on the age. I think ages 8 and up would be appropriate.

As for playing vs displaying, it's really up to your imagination.

Great - They are cutting the new X-Men cartoon after one season, but we are getting ANOTHER Spiderman cartoon.

No disrespect meant to Spidey fans, as i'm sure this is exciting news for you, but this really p!sses me off!

Despite the Wolverine saturation, WATXM was a decent toon with a great balance between classic story arc and shaking things up. AND the second season was set to focus on the Age of Apocalypse. (WIN).

Where do they get the money for two new titles after not being able to fund X-Men?

I really hope Dr. Strange is in it, I heard that he was deconfirmed. It doesn't make sense that they'll put Dormammu in but then go OH NOES DR STRANGE IS OVERPOWERED. It would also be nice if Cable was in it so Cable and Deadpool could do a super together.

We are well aware that many people have taken time from work, school or other activities and others woke up very early. There really is no way to convey our level of regret for this turn of events.

I bought a spiderman figure from a guy from figurerealm around late september early october.

he said that as soon as I sent the cash he sent me the figure.

and still nothing, I checked his picture that showed the figures and the one I bought is crossed out as in he sold it, but he has yet to send the figure. He hasn't been on since early october.

now I'm a patient guy and this isnt the first time the guy has done this from what I heard.

I give him to the end of the year otherwise, i might have to take action.

I learned the hard way that PayPal won't take action if it's been past 45 days. You'd better hurry.

As for me, I've been ripped a few times in the past. It sucked. This one time I filed mail fraud through USPS and they actually took away the guy's mailbox, but I didn't get compensated.

So what's the story behind Spidey's Tron costume? Does he wear it in the comics, or is it just based on the cover? Does it do anything special?

Yeah when I said Spider-Tron I was being basically silly. It's Big Time Spidey and not Spider-Tron and I shouldn't have said Spider-Tron. He just looks like he brlongs in Tron.

TRU had a sale on video games, so I decided to pick up Baroque for PS2 since it was $10. But then I found out it was a roguelike so I was hesitant to play it since I don't like the idea of having to start over again if I die. But I played it anyway thinking it would still be interesting. It's actually kinda boring even though the rooms are randomly generated. I wish the game wouldn't entirely take place in Neuro Tower.

Too bad we'll never see them in the US because Kinder eggs are banned. It's all because some dumbass kid decided he wanted to put the WHOLE THING in his mouth. Though if you're lucky some convenience stores will import them, I have one in Mount Vernon that does, but they keep it behind the counter. I wonder if they'll get these.

Saw all of the sets at TRU today in Lynnwood, WA, but I didn't buy them. I don't think I saw any of the chiefs you guys mentioned though.

I think his cape could be made - it would just be as one piece with lots of sculptural detail, rather than all the individual ribbons.
