True enough. I recently got about 30 back issues of their run for dirt cheap. I was very happy.

I was a HUGE Legion of Superheroes fan back in the early '80s and Wildfire was one of my very favorite members. I plan on checking out the LSH revamp later this summer.

The only variant that I have is Invisible Woman. When I finally decided to get the Fantastic Four (I've only been collecting a few months), she was the version I found most interesting. The solid colored one just didn't strike me that much. I paid $20 for her but I got Powerhouse Thing as well with her and I wanted him too.

I love this set and I've always liked Decker and Ilia. I felt sorry for them in the movie. By the way, Decker was played by Stephen Collins, who was in the eighties tv show "Tales of the Gold Monkey" which I loved. He later went on to play the dad in Seventh Heaven. Ilia was a Miss Universe winner in real life, but sadly passed away...I think of cancer.

So I guess we can officially say that no, no one thinks this is too many Iron Men. I bend to the masses! I'm still not buying all of them, though.

There ARE too many. I do like that Iron Man through the ages set though. They look awesome.

I love the Jack Burton design. How did you get the design on his shirt? Did you do it yourself, or take it from another image? I have a custom that has been sitting here for about a year that needs his shirt finished and was wondering how you did it.

I googled "Jack Burton T-Shirt". They actually sell that thing... Then I just resized it and cut and pasted onto my minimate.

Oh, and I wanted to add one more Boogie Nights character... You can't have Boogie Nights without the beautiful Amber Waves. lol

I must confess that most of this is cut & paste (even his hair and eyes)...however, we get a pretty good idea of what he would look like as a minimate.

When I used to play Street Fighter, I usually used this guy, and I think he's much more visually interesting than some of the characters that were made into minimates.
