    That is a fantastic offer, (sorry i missed the last one) I'll take you up on that offer then :D

    If these come up on TRU.com I'll start a thread about it. But even if that didn't work out, I'm sure many of you guys know that if you want something that can be found in the states, just ask. There is a fair chance that someone will help find what you need. It doesn't seem right that any contributing board members from out of the country should have to resort to high eBay prices to get something that is reasonably commonplace in the U.S.

    I helped out someone last time for the Iron Man ones and am also willing to do it again if you need extra help Kar, just let me know!

    Fo, Do you recall the postage stamp, indicating when the item shipped? I'm trying to figure out if they waited to send it to you until after you harassed them about it or not.

    Interesting point, I didn't even think to look at that! I can only make out part of 2008 on one of the stamps, the rest is too blurred....

    So around Christmas time I was doing some searching on the Bay and accidentally typed in Kung Faux Minimate into my browser window and it brought up the Kung Faux website. Out of curiosity I clicked on it and noticed that they are listing the Kung Faux Breakboy Minimate in stock, where before it was listed as sold out. So, on a crazy whim I said "what the hell," and ordered one and paid through Paypal. Waited.......waited.......around the 2nd of this month I emailed them since I had not yet received a receipt stating that it had shipped or anything. Waited a few days later and emailed them again...nothing. Lo and behold my amazement when I received a padded envelope with my address handwritten and 8 stamps pasted on the front containing not just one but TWO Kung Faux Minimates enclosed. No order receipt or packing slip enclosed, just some weird postcard looking things advertising their videos. So if you are feeling lucky and have 9.99 plus shipping (mine was 13 something total) to risk I would try them. Just be forewarned that their "customer service" sucks royally and never responded to any of my emails. And you may not get as lucky as I did and get two. So take that as you will my friends, and good luck.........

    My local Wal-Mart way overstocked before the holidays and none of the Marvel sold. There's probably three-four cases left (in a small Wal-Mart, that's alot) and a ton of Obi-Wan's.

    Yeah I know what you mean, I just got back from there a few minutes ago and they have a bunch of Skrulls and Ult. Caps and Wolvies and Ghost Riders....

    Not yet but I kind of expected weather delays...

    Mine arrived today and I almost burst into tears. My Secret Santa found the JLU Batman with Wonder Pig that I have been looking for since who knows when. I also received Batwoman and Question 2 pack and Dark Phoenix Cyclops 2 pack. I tried scouring the Demographic/ and Geographic threads looking for a clue but I had to call off the search because I couldn't get a lead.....But I am VERY grateful and thank you a hundred times over!! :teehee:

    I gotta say, when i saw these, i too thought they sucked. But i may have to give em a try wit hthat Mallah set; that is frigging amazing. :) Of course, Brain=0 articulation ;)

    And, i saw this in TRU; anyone pick it up, because i considered it:

    Despite what you see, the human parts of Hal are actually trans-green. It looked cool, in my opinion, and may be one of the only Infinite packs i buy.

    Well The Brain will look cool if it's brain is 'floating' in a transparent dome or something like that which by the looks of it are the way they are going to go.

    I have seen the GL set in person and I will tell you Hal looks pretty friggin cool......BUT, once again I looked at all of them and if one figure didn't have paint application issues in one pack another one did.

    Dang, I wish these toys didn't suck, because I sure would like to get Monsieur Mallah, "the Brain," and Roy Harper.

    You know what's funny if you don't care about the lack of articulation and are just going have them up on your shelf there are a few that amazingly have good paint apps. But I have only seen it on characters that I don't care about/want, like Raven, and Capt. Boomerang. But if they can actually color inside the lines for at least these two figures they'll definitely be worth picking up even though they will only have each other to hang out with....

    Strangely, the only blank I own is what I won from the photo competition. I hope I don't get this blank and then decide that I need to "complete" my collection of blanks. . .but, with these pieces of Mini-crack, that sort of thing tends to happen.

    I said the EXACT same thing to myself before sure enough getting my first promo Mate.....I will say though at first I spent a crazy amount of money on a few and now that the intial "got to have it..." fever has subsided, I am biding my time and only get them when I have the extra cash since most of my toy money goes to new release Mates first...
