I think the idea in either fashion MMORPG or create a mate is fantastic but I see adys point about the create a mate being a niche but the MMORPG packs are just shy of a C-A-M pack.

a package deal like stikfas figures would be nice a sheet of decals, figure and tree of accessories. do that in MM form and you've got a winner in my book.

the three tierd riser is left over from my micronauts days and the small boxes came from the container store many moons ago (I think) I think they were like holders for napkins or toothpicks or some silliness

this took a while and the pictures are crap but after seeing everyones displays it made me miss having a "trophy case" in the aptartment the case holds my favorites most alternate costumes and such are in a compartmented tupperware a meager collection compared to the rest but it makes me happy (ran out of risers near the bottom there)

yes I know full well I was at the DC booth and when its all said and done I think it is obvious I'm quite the marvelite but I do love minimate superhero figs and in the end that and information were all I was after. during our conversation I asked who he worked for and his claim was AA as liason to DC at which point I began to spout about a 2.5 hulk in the hopes my very tiny voice might filter through the cracks to the powers that be.

well early on we saw chief help set up a still and then even go so far as to trade "shine" for parts when he was building the blackbird. as for leaf to smoke I'll pin it up to a little over a year spent on new caprica gave them the chance to generate some crops while dirt side, or maybe some stores were brought back on the rescue mission to caprica or a generous helping of both.

as for reading the comic book I have read the first three issues and am sorry to say I'm done with it, just doesn't carry the same feeling as the show and if these events are supposed to blend with what we get on tv I think there are some major holes to be filled.

and my last 2 cents for the day on this the disease the probe/beacon left behind by the 13th tribe carried a common virus that humans had grown an immunity towards not a man made bio weapon like the toasters feared(ala war of the worlds) and while quarentine proved the bsg crew members weren't getting sick it may turn out they are still carriers and slowly the disease may spread through out the fleet and flush out a toaster or two. and in the meantime I agree why not infect the fleet since it can't hurt humans? ah well probably better to have some one learn how to use baltars cylon detector over the course of the next few seasons....

when I was at wizard world in chicago I spoke with one of the fellas at their both at great length about the character choices and such and when I mentioned a carol ferris chase figure to go with the star sapphire the mans eyes lit up like little twin supernovas at which point he handed me a john stewart figure and I started to ramble about wanting a hulk made in the same fashion as the killer croc in that line and he lost interest in me. but you never know...

A lot of these (most) took inspiration from the works of other members, some are all my own. I've tried to put my own tweak on all of them.

I started out just getting the marvel figs I liked and that turned into wanting all the marvel characters (variants don't really thrill me) and now its also evolved into picking up figs for customs and well its gotten out of control but I love em so.... I have to admit I feel lucky with these new waves my LCS sells them for a cool 6.99 just a dollar bump over target

Did anybody get Marvel: UA for PS2? I know that all you lucky dogs with a 360 are enjoying it, but how does the PS2 version play/look?

Yes I've got M:UA for ps2 and love it it does play like x-men legends but the comments about more depth and such are correct the rpg engine has been tweaked and all for the better
