Recently, i've been obsessed with The Residents. Who else dresses in awesome costumes and make awesome minimal electronic music?
-
Can't wait for these. Lineup is:
Atom/Copperhead
Creeper/Azrael
Catwoman/Mr.Freeze
Hourman/BD Jay Garrick
-
Great job! Especially on Bono's shades!
Fun Fact: Yours truly and Edge have the same B-Day.

At the local comic show yesterday, I got:
1974 Whiz Comics 1 reprint
JLU Aztek figure
Charlton "Mysteries of Unexplored Worlds" comic, 1964
Flash badge
Not much, but the reason I posted this was because one of the guests there was supposed to be Shocker Toys, but they never showed up...

A great talent and musician...he will be missed.

Welcome, but no SSPig challenge because this guy has been around since the days of the single pack.
-
This thing kicked ass. It had like, 700 games on it. If only mine didn't get infested...
-
I'd probably use it if the obnoxious 12 year olds didn't yell into it 24/7.
-
"The Joystick" is currently the most played game for me right now, along with SW: Battlefront 2.
-
naming awesome bands with no hope of ever being produced in Minimate form, how about Big Black?
Yes. A Steve Albini Mate would rock. He could come with an analog tape recorder, his signature glasses, and hat.
-
I got an old ZiP disk, a diskette/floppy, and a microcassette.
-
So...
Why has no one mentioned The Butthole Surfers? Gibby Haynes, Paul Leary, Terresa Nervosa, and King Coffey would make a great box set.
More of SSPig's ideas include:
Flipper
Meat Puppets
Black Flag
Can
Neu
and last but not least...
Aut'chose.

A new member it is? Than time for the SSPIG UNDERGROUND ROCK CHALLENGE!

Devilman

DBZ
Lupin The 3rd
Hell, I even like early Yu-Gi-oh and Pokemon. Hate those schoolgirl comics, though.

Just ran across a website of an old college buddy. He is an amazing guitarist. You can download some of his songs on this page:
I can't even label that. Its... psychedelic freak-out jazz! Love it.
-
For my wacky, obscure-o 80s music, I prefer the Meat Puppets.
Love them too.
Anyway, my favorite bands right now are not only The Butthole Surfers, but Flipper (favorite band at the moment) and Les Rallizes Denudes, a Japanese noise rock jam band from the 70's.

^Above user is well spoken.^
Anyway haven't received anything like this...yet. Its quite possible it could be Gwarff trying to ruin Reideen's name. You never know...

I just wanted to revive this to awkwardly say I am now a huge Butthole Surfers fan. My favorite's "BBQ Pope."

just saw the wolfman last night.absolutely amazing,if this guy is gonna direct captain america, its gonna be awesome!i watched the old 1941 wolfman the night before yesterday, and when i was watching the wolfman,i noticed alot of scenes that mirorred the classic version.and benicio del toro looks like he could be lon chaney jr's son!they look identical!the acting was great and the special effects were amazing.the wolfman couldnt have been even more perfect.the way the makeup and the special effects were done on the wolfman is just amazing.im definitly going back to see this one more time!i walked in,watched, and left the wolfman with a smile on my face.
100/10!
See. I've actually heard it was one of those so bad it's good movies. Unlike your inability to put spaces between your sentences. Now that's so bad it's insanely awful. Please stop it. Thank you. Live long and prosper |\\//
As for me, I'm holding my money for Shutter Island and Alice in Wonderland.
You do realize that english may not be his first language Trekker42?
There are languages where spaces don't exist between sentences? Oh. Well. Apologies. I mean, I only know two languages. Probably should go for a third... Russian most likely...
Gibberish, maybe?

I have an awesome Daredevil comic from 1949, featuring the Three Wise Guys and a ghost.
There's a reason I don't beleive you. That's because Daredevil was created in the sixties, right when Spider-Man was created. Not even close to before then.
I was referring to this Daredevil.
music...and you...
