yeah these are the same SKU as the fantastic four wave. It looks like they are smartening up finally and going to different SKU's for different waves like the other minimate lines, since wave 10 has its own SKU in their system.

Well that's good to know. Hopefully it'll be this new wave here in the next week or two around here...and I'd guess maybe around the rest of the country. The lady told me that they were going to get smaller trucks from now on too and of course it being after Christmas...toy aisles will be crappy looking til at least February (at least around here it usually is).

This wave still uses the same UPC number or something, right?

I went to my local TRU to see if I could maybe find out anything about them getting any in and they mentioned they noticed they had Marvel Minimates on order in the computer, but that they had received these ones previously in September, which I mentioned must have been the Fantastic Four wave...

Nothing to come this week otherwise, but maybe the next week or one after... *sigh*

I wish every wave would somehow end up on the TRU website and make the whole going to the TRU store thing no longer needed.

Is the Arbiter supposed to be so tiny compared to the Elites?

Drove to the TRU near me again today. Nothing new, just the shelves even more trashed then yesterday. Hope I find these, or like the last wave, they appear on the online store. Spidey/Lizard I'll wait for the wave 37 release on, but everyone else is 'DO WANT'.

Just debating what last attempt I'll make this next week to go and try again. Tuesday maybe? Seriously, with the holidays the days when new stuff comes in is more difficult to figure out.

Found these today and bought the Warthog set and every 2-pack except for the Reach one. They're decent, though it seems odd for how long Mega Bloks has been doing the HALO stuff that DST is now doing them.

Also, am I the only one whom hates how they did the Arbiter's head? The helmet doesn't seem to match up at all with the eyes of the tampo and the head seems to want to not keep the helmet on.

Crap. I saw the new HALO minimates...and bought a number of them. Didn't see the new Marvel stuff though and I really don't want to go back to TRU anytime this next week here... I usually wouldn't have to worry since TRU got new loads in on Fridays, but with the holidays I'm not sure if it is still just Friday or are they getting in more trucks for the next week...

I definitely want these guys and don't want to deal with scalper prices on ebay and have been lucky on that outside of the Warpath/Angel wave...

These things seem like they're still in prototype stages like Wave 38's line up and the TRU wave 10 ones kinda do, so maybe Destroyer will get more detailing later on as his figure right now looks more like someone just drew on a grey minimate.

More 90s X-Men love with Omega Red! And of course, what we expected...more AoA mates with Blink, Sabretooth, Morph, and a Holocaust (Nemesis)! Bought for sure. XD

If we continue to get more 90s X-Men stuff I'm okay with that since I'd like to at least still see a 90s Colossus somehow....

I'm surprised at how my questions are the first answered on this latest Q&A. Probably because my questions go the longest. LOL

For 90s Colossus, Forge, and Banshee... Never say never basically, which is fine. Hopefully we at least get 90s Colossus... Must have complete Blue/Gold X-Men teams in some form.

The second question on the M.A.X. stuff with females and minorities...very interesting. Given I switched out a number of my M.A.X. figures' heads with spare Minimates heads after getting them...

And the last question.. Sounds like 2011 is gonna definitely majorly movie heavy, more so with Cap and Thor, so it's cool to get X-Men stuff while we can now.

I so want that classic Thor. He looks so much better then the original one we got. No where near as bulky.

Never got the Secret Wars minimate set at my TRU, no signs of getting the Captain America or Heroic Age ones around here either... Dang it.

Never saw the Secret Wars set and haven't seen Cap or Heroic Age sets either. Blah.

Man, I still need a regular Ray with Stay Puft here, but it's proving difficult for reasonable prices... Never once saw the normal 2-pack of those two in the local TRU, but found everyone else.

Daredevil's mask look to maybe be new with longer horns on it... Do I detect a red costume update down the line?

I'd actually like to see updates of a large portion of that list. Absorbing Man, Spider-Man 2099, Rhino, Kingpin, Colossus, Punisher, and Blade in particular.

I again hope for a 90s Colossus just to complete the 90s X-Men Blue/Gold teams myself...

Otherwise Rhino for sure needs a redo along with the others you mentioned.

Anything Wave 13 or less, I feel like it's fair game for a redo just to bring it up to the current level of detail... And with so many releases these days, we're still getting plenty of new characters/costumes alongside the remakes.

So redos of the Ultimate X-Men and New X-Men should happen by that logic? Astonishing X-Men being more recent would make sense, but I'd be iffy with the other two myself ever seeing redos (and frankly no hard feelings there)...

Otherwise, with Elektra coming in wave 38, other characters that would be updates that haven't been or will be getting one would be...

Blah. That should be an idea for a 4-pack at best like much of the major events in Marvel Comics have been in Minimate form lately (Secret Invasion, Dark Reign), not a wave of the regular releases. Hand Ninjas and White Tiger being the only ones that I'd be interested in.

Honestly, with the present PoC line I wish they had used the opportunity to give us more classic Joes updated like the upcoming Low-Light instead of more more versions of characters we already have. I mentioned this on HISStank and a number of people agreed...

PoC Recondo could have been a new Pathfinder...

PoC Zartan is clearly very similar to an idea for a less silly Raptor...

PoC Snow Job could have been Blizzard...

That or more new characters just no more Snake Eyes, Dukes, Cobra Commanders, Destros...
