  1. I'll play...

    1. Dr. Strange

    2. Deadpool

    3. Hawkeye

    4. Runaways (Yeah, this counts as several, but a box set would be tits!)

    5. Meltdown / Boom Boom / Tabitha Smith (Don't care what you call her...)

    6. Jamie Madrox (Ultimate Army Builder Potential)

    7. Power Pack (Another 4-pack: Lightspeed, Zero G, Destroyer, Mass Master... Maybe throw in Whitey the

horse or a Snark to go with 'em)

    8. Cloak

    9. Dagger

    10. Black Widow

    Spidey Variant - Iron Spidey

    Wolvie - Weapon X

  2. I haven't opened my Commander yet... Since there probably aren't going to be any more new figures for a few months, I've decided to pace myself with the opening...

As far as the Toy Shop goes:

When I placed my order, I set it up for a billing address and a shipping address. I was still waiting for my second Dragonhawk to show up from them... The first one never did, so I thought I would eliviate any porch-theft by having it shipped to work. Apparently, their system has a flaw in it where you cannot specify a shipping address different from your billing... The day I placed my order, they called me and said there was a problem with my credit card processing, so I figured that I put the number in wrong and just gave it to them again, telling them to let me know if it didn't go through, and I would figure out what the problem was at my bank... Nobody called me back, so I figured everything was fine... The next day, Stone & Zartan were sold out. I waited about a week (They're pretty flipping slow shipping wise) and checked the status on-line to see if they had sent them out yet. The status said "Order Cancelled". I e-mailed them and about three hours later, they sent me an e-mail and said that my order was cancelled. The next day, they e-mailed me again, and told me that the address I put in didn't match the address my bank had on file for the card... The lady that I called and talked to at Hasbro was apologetic, and said that she would reprocess my order for me and get everything taken care of... I never heard from them again.

    Hasbro Toy Shop Fucking Blows!

  3. Alot of the 3 3/4 guys have changed their tune. Figures like Destro, Zartan and the upcoming Grand Slam, Shipwreck and Gung Ho have really made them re-think this line. I think most of them are now seeing it as an expansion, not just a re-do...

I've loved the figures from the start, and I do still pick up the occasional lil' guy, and love them as well, but the Sigma figures are better by leaps and bounds... Maybe with the 25th anniversary of the 3 3/4" line next year, Hasbro will step up and deliver some sweetness, otherwise, I'd say that the 3 3/4 line is probably done for...

  4. Since Hasbro Toy Shop screwed me, I didn't end up getting those figures from them. Yesterday, the K-Mart down the road from me had them setting on their shelves all bright and shiny like...

Lt. Stone is by far the stand out star of this series. I honestly wasn't as happy with Zartan once I opened him up.. Dont' know why, might be the massive, movement hampering gauntlets...

Now, I've just gotta find the new series of 2.5" stuff, and I'm all caught up again...

  5. I've got every single Buffy PALz released, and some prototype accessories. I've also got a few of the DieHard ones.

I'm a huge Buffy fan, so I'm a bit biased, but... the figures aren't as cool as Minimates, but the accessories were awesome. I was sad that Palisades went away, mostly because I'd loved to have the third series of Buffy figures. They were doing block figures right. Tons of accessories. Build-A-Character pack-ins.

If DST ever decided to use their Buffy license for Minimates, my head would explode...

  6. It all started way back when I was a little tyke...

Starwars. Then came Masters of the Universe. Then Transformers. Then GI Joe. COPS. Marvel Superheroes/X-Men. Then I kinda bounced around a bit. Then they started making Starwars again...

After I grew tired of them, I really didn't have a solid, "gotta get them all line" except for the Resident Evil figures... Then I found Minimates...

They're the only line that I collect consistently, other than Sigma 6 and the Sideshow Buffy 12" figures...

  7. I'm back! Kinda! I've got a few figures on my table that are taking me awhile to do, but I realized I never properly showed these on the Multiverse.

Today, I've got the three new figures that I made for CustomCon 15's Women of the DC Universe, and my entry for the MMV Sci-Fi Mates contest. Sure, you've seen them before, but not in this thread.

    Feedback is alway appreciated.

The new figures are posted in Purple. Thanks for looking.

  8. Those of you with those 80GB Ipods -- don't the hard drives take hits if you're moving around?

    Moving around? What's that?

Seriously, I didn't get it to take to the gym or workout. I'm still using my MiniDisc player for that one... I still love my MDs...

I got my 80G for the truck and for work, so the moving around doesn't really affect me.

As far as iTunes goes... I hated it until I had to start using it. Now, I love it. It's so user-friendly and easy to use. Hell, the iPod doesn't even come with an instruction manual... That's how easy to use it is.

  9. I just got an 80G iPod... I love it. I've got something like 5,000 songs and the entire second season of Doctor Who on it, and I've only used up like 17G...

A Hint, the 8G Nano is a rip off. You can get the 30G Video for the same price. Sure, the Nano is small, but you're a manly man... You don't want a little girly mp3 player... Do you?

  10. I'm into lots of music...

The Cure, Ween, The Killers, Morrisey, mcchris, The D, Kleenex Girl Wonder...

Really digging Wolfmother right now... And Eagles of Death Metal... And Dethklok... Love Dethklok!

  11. I'm right there with you. All that I want is the regular, masked Cap... I've seen probably a dozen of the unmasked ones, but I don't like it. I want Cap with the mask... Now, if he was wearing camo pants, army boots, and the chainmail shirt... I'd definatelly get it... Otherwise, I want my Steve Rogers mysterious...

  12. My Hometown TRU actually has gotten these in probably three times now... They're moving pretty good here... Of course, it's really the only place to get them other than Target in my area... The LCS only gets 1 case of each wave, and he gets it for me, so there's none there...

The TRU about 1.5 hours south of me actually had a Minimate section the last time I was there.

Marvel 4-packs, StreetFighter 4-packs, SpeedRacer and Darktide were all in the same little area and arranged quite nicely. It did my heart good to see something like that. I did snap a couple pics on my phone, but I haven't bothered to even look at them. I'll check them out later, and if they're decent, I'll post them.... that way everyone's hearts can feel good...

  13. I got them both at my local Best Buy... I know that Target and Wal-Mart both had them as well... These shouldn't really be that hard to find...

    As far as LOSH goes...

I hated it before I saw it. I just wish that they had kept it in continutity with all of the Timm series, and had Supergirl in it, but...

Having seen a few episodes, I gotta say that I'm really enjoying this show. It's fun, which is what Legion should be about, and has some great moments....
