  1. I will have to agree that is was very chessy, but very entertaining. I used to read the comic book, Ghost Rider, back in the early 80's and it portrayed the comic book of that particulare genre. I wished we could see the realy image of Blackheart at the end of the movie. Over the weekend, the movie made over $44 million and its budgeted for $120 million. This movie is looking very sucessful than a disaster.

  2. I was about to log off on my computer to go to work, but I decided to check again! Wow! I'm surprise to see Wonderman, but I am glad they finally made She-Hulk. All we need is the variant version of She-Hulk; such as, first appearance She-Hulk and Fantastic Four She-Hulk. I thought we would see Wasp, Vision, Yellowjacket, or Hawkeye. No problem! I can wait for wave 17 for the other Avengers! :starwars:

  3. Ok, I was at Target in Plano and they did not have any of the new 2 packs, but they have a but load of Christmast clearance. They had a lot of X-men DVD Minimates which they are clearing out for $7.00. I am waiting to see what they will be restocking in a couple of weeks. I hope its some exclusives or new minimates with variants. :D

  4. really people, i mean come on, mavel doesnt care about us old comic lovers any more. All they want is money. For instance, how come every cover today explains nothing of what is happening in the comic? most covers today are just a huge shot of the main character doing some lame pose. It is truely sad what the comic market has come to.

I'm a big fan of the old comic generation. Don't leave me out! :P

  5. I guess it's what we're going to have to get used to, all the mates we want are getting pushed back for mass market re-releases or this stuff, seems it's becoming all about how to cut corners and scrape that last buck rather than giving us the consistent quality or even actully releasing the stuff we want or were used to in the past.

I will have to agree with this statement. I believe the company is cutting corners. I like minimates, but would like to have another corporation to buy the line and take control of the quality of the minimates that will be coming out in the future.

  6. :) I was at Wal-Mart today and found severl variey of airbrush kits. The kits range from $30.00 and up. I would think of purchasing an airbrush for my minimates, but don't know the quality of the airbrushes. Has anyone purchased an airbrush kit from Wal-Mart; How is the quality of the airbrush? Also, what brand should I buy if I want to buy an airbrush? :)

A Real Infinite Crisis: DC Minimates Delayed!

What is bigger news than Marvel delaying the next issues of "Civil War?" The delay of the DC Minimates, of course! Several news source broke last week that the DC Minimates line from Art Asylum & DC Direct offered through Diamond Comic Distributors was cancelled and resolicited.

Due to production issues, we had to delay the line. DC Direct is resoliciting and will inform everyone of the new in-store dates soon. DC Direct is preparing their own press release now so we'll keep you posted on when they release the news themselves. The line is not cancelled by any means, they are still being distributed at a later date than DC Direct originally planned to ensure quality is at a level the Minimates brand deserves and you have come to enjoy.

So don't worry, the three planned lines will be coming out on new dates! Jump into our newly renovated site and new forums that have just re-opened
