Apparently there is a 7th chase figure from the Iron Man series. It is reportedly Stealth Iron Man.
Here's some more:
Batman:
Aliens vs Predator:
Standard POTC:
and the SDCC exclusive Skeleton Captain Jack:

Personally, I don't care about the packaging, since they're custom fodder only. I couldn't care less about Ace of Cakes and I don't watch the show, so Duff isn't a celeb IMO.
I'm not a lazy consumer, I'm just apathetic because the package isn't what I was buying the 'mate for.
Doesn't it upset you even a little bit that you paid 8 bucks for shipping for something that came a looking destroyed like someone didn't care? On the off chance you were not going to open it I bet it'd piss you off. So c'mon help the rest of us out a little bit
No. Not really. Cbecker's assessment is pretty spot on. I've worked for an internet retailer and shipped hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of merchandise. A $32.00 item with the box banged up really isn't worth the effort I'd put into it.
Not only that but, I feel absolutely giddy about NOT paying $15.00 for a package of stickers plus $6.00 shipping....

About 3" from what I've seen, slightly blocky in nature, IMO, these should have a topic here.
I'll start it off.
Have you seen the ridiculously cool Iron Man Cosbabies?
(found the pics on a google search, so if they belong to someone, please lmk so I can give credit)
Similar price range to Kubricks, so not terribly over priced considering the amount of detail in these.
Looks like they've also got Batman and Disney licenses (Mickey & co as well as POTC).
-
Same here with all 3 of mine. Good thing they're going into the custom fodder bin or I'd be pissed.
-
Nah - no offense taken. I'm fully aware I've been slacking.
I've gone thru and deleted anything last updated prior to June 08 and anything that didn't have the required 'updated xx/xx/xx' info included.

I'd love to see more people use the columns. Some peoples lists are so huge I get bored reading and end up skipping to the next guy.
Not to mention weeding through the chatter that would be best served via pm or in it's own thread. Might be nice to see the thread given the once over to make it easier to get through the lists Who knows the last time folks actually updated their list
Thats the thing Don. Everyone is supposed to be putting an 'Updated XX/XX/XX' thingy in their post. If they aren't updating the post regularly (or if they're updating it just to bump their stuff to be the most recent post in the thread - and believe me, I check) I delete the posts from time to time.
Unfortunately I've gotten a promotion at work which has required me to change my hours and I haven't been able to get to some of those type of 'maintenance' type activities as much as I'd like. More work, more responsibility, more pay = less time to do some of the 'other' stuff, but I get around to it eventually. You should see the sorry state my minimates display is in. (Hell, I haven't even opened anything since the final DC wave was released.... they're all sitting in the boxes they came in, waiting for me to have time for 'em.)
I'll add it to my list of things to do this weekend when I'm off.

Yes, but I prefer the Joker 'copter because of the little extras they packed into it. That and from the looks of the small pic, it matches the Joker copter to a T.
-
Depending on how big that Bat copter is, it may be in scale enough to add to the batcave arsenal even if the cockpit doesn't open. Rather than paying a bajillion dollars for the C3 one on Ebay.
Take a look at the original LEGO Joker copter. I've got the set (buried in a closet somewhere) and IIRC it looked pretty good with my 'mates.
It also includes a nifty Batwing. The Batwing comes with a display stand/launch pad that allows you to stand it vertically. One of the best Batman LEGO sets out IMO.
-
Post the 'mate related updates here, so those who don't want to wade thru the Trek talk don't have to. The Q&A's are located here on AA's site.
-
That's what it looks like to me too. I'm sure it has something to do with the problems McD's had when it offered LEGO blocks before. Something about being too small/potential choking hazards.
-
FYI. Coming to a McD's near you September 12th:

Damn that sucks Shane. Like TBT, I hope it dies out before it gets to you.
How long does hurricane season typically last?

if i knew how to get rid of myself i would...
I can probably help in that regard....

I received an email from them (since I asked when I should expect to hear about my backordered status) and they said
We're getting the minimates wednesday. Will ship by end of week. Your card has been charged. Many thanks! So, for those who've purchased them, I'd suggest looking for them around the end of next week sometime. (Keep in mind, Monday is a postal holiday and no mail will move.)

Ol' Twisted 2 Face was in the lead for this week's IwishIcudspel prize with his awesome...... Vemon . Vemon rhymes with Lemon. Spider-Citrus ,The Amazing Tangy, Zest-Man .
Then you come along with Star-Trek Nouveau....the next Genre-ation.....how quaint
Hey man, at least i'm entered! Wait...that may not be such a good thing...What can i win?
The official MMMV noprize is on it's way to you now! Go wait by the mailbox for it. Run! Go now!

All the mates are on clearance. I got duplicates on the SM3 wave, a Deadman/Spectre set and 2 of the Suncoast 24 packs today - all with similar prices.

Here is my entry: Groo the Wanderer
I'm not sure how many people here know Groo, but he has been my favorite indie characters for many years. I have always wanted to have a minimate of him.
Source art here.
Oh my goodness. Best custom ever!

Too cool Rob! Was Red Spidey's eye scratched like that before or after you got em? Since we are sharing odds and ends any chance we will be seeing more pics?
His eye was already scratched when I got him. I'll see if I can snap some more shots this weekend. Any requests?
-Rob
I know you're busy shipping out Hippos Rob. If you want to ship the mates to me, I'll be happy to snap some pics for everyone to look at...
-
When I tried to order they showed -25 in stock. I went ahead and submitted the order as well. Maybe they'll get more in.
I agree with BHM though - very frustrating process.
-
They look more and more like shocker crapinis. I didn't think anyone could make a figure on par with them.
-
Not that Rob needs my endorsement, but I'll vouch for just about anything he says. I've known his wife (and as a result/byproduct, Rob as well) through forums, Ask.com and an old USNet board for...wow - almost 10 years now.
If he says they're the real thing, they're the real thing.
Oh, and JL - I've already offered both my kidneys for these. You'll have to take a number in line behind me to get them.
-
All credit goes to Rob from RTM. They're his.

I see your point about DCD, but totally disagree about DSS. Madonna is a talented artist who's sold millions of albums and has millions of millions of fans world wide.
Duff on the other hand, has a show on the Food Network and makes cakes for a living.
Not quite in the same category.
