I finally got on board and have been junkie watching Breaking Bad in anticipation for the final season and boy do I loathe Walter White. I feel no pity for him like I do for Jesse. The writers of that show sure do know how to coin a phrase though.

Has anyone seen an explanation anywhere for why Superior Spidey's suit is slowly morphing into a version of Miles Morales's suit?

I'm sure it's out there somewhere, but Slott's not mentioned it on his twitter feed. Loved seeing the return of the tentacles in last weeks ish.

In the last page of issue 13 he orders some minions and when asked if he'd like a new suit he replies yes. The suit is heavily inspired from Alex Ross's design so i wouldn't say it has anything to do with Miles. Some changes for both Miles and strangely for Peter will occur in issue 200 of ultimate spider-man so we'll have to wait and see. there's also the arms of the octopus mini series in which doc ock somehow returns so i bet we'll get a new twist.

So is Peter back in Ultimate Spiderman? I thought he was dead? This is why I feel like I can't start reading comics again. I have no idea of what is going on.

He is dead but maybe it will have something to do with 616 Peter. After AOU the timelines and universes got messed up so it wouldn't be too far out of the question.

I have read a couple issues of Superior Spider-Man and I don't really care for it but I have a question for those of you who read it regularly. Does anyone notice that Peter Parker is kind of an asshole now?

I watched The Wolverine a couple days ago and it was ok. Definitely better than the the first one but still lacking. However the button during the credits is very interesting and relevant to this thread.

I remember reading somewhere that they were considering recasting Hawkeye in order to use him in the Shield tv show as well as the movies without having to pay movie star money.

The Harry Potter license is probably still incredibly pricey, and the last Kubrick box set recently went on deep discount through Diamond.

In no way am I trying to stir shit up but you cannot compare Minimates and Kubricks. Minimates are much more accessible, not to mention affordable. I have no idea what the Harry Potter license costs, and I believe you when you say it's pricey, but they would be HUGE.

If you liked the first new Star Trek you'll like Into Darkness but it's not out for rental yet is it. Then again neither is GI Joe which was terrible.

I like the idea of Sin City Minimates but not the idea of black and white minimates. Pulp Fiction is an instant buy. It makes me feel very old that Clerks and Pulp Fiction both turn 20 next year. Sin City will be 9. Crazy.
