According to the site, the sale they have has 1 day left and with the set I bought I got a free Web Armor spider-man. I don't know if you guys think its worth it or not, but with shipping its about 12 bucks for Chun Li and M. Bison, but with the added bonus, I thought it was worth it. For those who still care about getting a Web Armor Spidey Mini-Mate, this may be one of the cheapest methods of getting one: Buy the 2P Chun Li and M. Bison set (make sure to click the item and not just add to cart. If you click the item it gives you the drop down option for WA Spidey). Sorry if this is old or unwanted news.
