Maybe it was done by a member of this site? I am new to this site, and have only made a couple posts... I am trying to contribute. I thought this was super-cool... Indy is one of my favorite movie chars. I frequently go to Ebay to look for custom MiniMates, but I seldom see that many, and usually they are quite expensive (understandable, because of all the work that goes into them). I did purchase one custom, a three inch Colossus who was sold to raise money for either this site or one of the big two. I love it even more than the official 2 inch version.
