Jatta Pake Posted April 13, 2007 Share Posted April 13, 2007 This depends upon the type of decal you are using. The high end type to use on custom Minimates are called "water slide" decals. For these you actually soak the treated decal in water and slide it onto your piece. Then you apply a setting chemical which basically melts the decal onto the surface. I intend to publish an article on MMHQ about the entire process at some point when I have more time to work on my customs. I am by no means an expert at the process though.
