Angela, no. Gamera just came back but I don't remember her costume. The rest of them are accurate though! I'm all for this Gamora, but I would've much rather gotten current Groot or Beta Ray Bill.

This wave's lineup still doesn't make sense, but I'm excited for Star-Lord and especially Moondragon. I just wish she wasn't the BaF.

It makes sense if you're reading the current Guardians run!

The Angela Mate still doesn't make sense to me. I would've much rather have seen Gladiator, Beta Ray Bill, or current Groot with a few little Groots as accessories.

Maybe a classic Avengers set with a Giant-Man Vinimate. A Thor set with Ymir or a Frost Giant. All wishful thinking.

Well the Legends gave us quite a few characters we didn't have. Korg, Grandmaster, Skurge, Peggy, Ghost, Luis. And then the classic versions of others. Obviously, DST can't offer most of these but could definitely do Korg and Miek, Luis, and... I don't know! I haven't thought of anything else!

I'm surprised DST doesn't jump into these things. Like the Marvel Studios 10th Anniversary and now the 80th. It seems like a good way to get some attention.

I think it's already 2020. Wave 78 comes out in the fall and I believe that's it for the year.

The problem with the Netflix shows was that outside of Daredevil, it was just a bunch of dudes in suits. That doesn't seem to be the case with these shows. And if we're getting Falcon in his Cap suit, potentially Bucky as something similar to US Agent, a more comic accurate Zemo look, I need those characters for my collection! (Also, since the Netflix shows don't seem to be canon anymore, I'd love to see a better version of Nuke in this show) The next time we'll see Falcon Cap probably won't be till Avengers 5, which isn't in the lineup at the moment so we could be waiting for a while!

So what are the chances we actually see Mates for the Disney+ shows? Considering they're supposed to be heavily linked to the movies and feature actual costumes rather than just guys in suits, I'm hoping chances are high.

It seems like even when DST does something right, they still do something wrong. I'm completely fine with this wave! I'm excited actually. I've been keeping up with the current Guardians run so it's exciting to get figures from it!

This would be my only complaint though. Obviously they cut the assortment down to 3 2-packs, but the current Mohawk Groot, Beta Ray Bill, and/or Gladiator (who is one of the main antagonists to Quill in both this and Old Man Quill) would've really put this wave over the top for me!

The concept art of Widow fighting Taskmaster is awesome.

I agree though, I was excited for Thor 4, but I'm not looking forward to Natalie Portman being back. I think she's really bad in the first 2 Thor movies and she didn't seem interested in coming back. In my opinion, Sif should've become Thor in the movies

As far as the shows, Hawkeye as well as Falcon and Winter Soldier are really exciting!

And the What If series could be, IF it includes a way for us to get alternate looks or characters we haven't gotten yet. I really hope DST picks up all of these because I'm still super stoked for the MCU.

I'm loving this wave. Star-Lord, Gamora, Cosmic Ghost Rider, and Adam Warlock look great! However, Angela is a weird choice because it looks identical to the previous release but with a different belt piece. Darkhawk looks cool but I'm not familiar with the character and Moon Dragon is whatever. Not familiar with her either. But everyone else seems pretty stoked for her so I'm glad she's being made.

Agreed. I'll take 3 packs and the BaM over nothing at all! If cutting back by one pack helps keep the line alive, I'll accept it.

Truthfully, the Cap design is the only one that really sticks with me. The rest of the designs are obviously very MCU inspired but something about that Cap suit is awesome to me.
