How does this even happen?
-
Ugh. I just got around to opening my Soldiers of AIM and Agents of Hydra. Red Skull was my most anticipated figure and he is terrible!
Don't get me wrong he looks fantastic, but his articulation is terrible! His shoulders are impossible to pose in any sort of realistic way and it is so frustrating.
The Hydra agent on the other hand is fantastic! I want more.
Zemo and the AIM agent are both respectable but the Hydra goon steals the series as far as I'm concerned.

I'm still really excited I just don't think there is that much more to say until they come out.

SDCC 2012 clear blue Vorin showed up today. 2013 clear purple Merk is on they way.
Slowly but surely

If they do an Original Sin box, for me it would have to include Watcher and Orb. After that it could be pretty much anybody on this list:
Thor
Punisher
Dr Strange
Emma Frost
Thing
Spiderman
Mindless One
Black Panther
Winter Soldier
Moon Knight
Iron Man
Scott Lang
Exterminatrix
If this happens there is enough material for a whole wave I would say.

Just got this bad boy in the mail!
This is the third time I have restrained myself from immediately opening a toy.
-
And it is not Doctor Who.
Thank God!
I may be one of three people on Earth who doesn't like Dr Who.
-
I made it to a TRU for the first time in months and the only Minimates I saw were approximately two cases of Tomb Raider (no exclusives) and a couple of Walking Dead packs.
I hunted all over for Marvel packs but they were nowhere to be found.
-
Good god please let it be Game of Thrones
Oh yeah!
Is it a license they have started any development on before?
-
Which one is the small one?
-
I haven't read AoU since it came out but I recall liking it quite a bit...

^Preach!

Good point. Rodan would have knocked that rock out of the sky, and then proceeded to kick both their asses.Do you think Rodan would be as good a spectator? I sure don't
Well that's just bad manners
-
Why is that?
You can't tell me your not a Star Wars fan... can you?
oh, I love star wars, and that's the problem. Have you seen Star Wars Kubricks? NO WAY can I keep up with that. I'm a completist. If Star Wars became a Minimate License, I may have to commit myself. I had a mind explosion when they released Thundercats minimates LOL.
If it is Star Wars committing yourself won't help anything, it's like driving on ice, steer into the skid and buy them all! That will be my plan anyway

Oh good what if the licence is Star Wars!!!!
That was what I was thinking to but I don't want to give myself to much hope!
A new hope...
T.
More like rekindled hope.
-
They are doing it right by including a full set in each case. I'm so happy the DST had a reasonable thought process for this.

You forgot to mention what license it is

I don't mean to sound critical of Mothra. He is great at some things, like being a spectator to a Godzilla/Rodan volleyball game.
Do you think Rodan would be as good a spectator? I sure don't

Thanos, Thane, Iron Man, and Hulk.

It's TRU exclusive blind bag figures.
So, next question....thoughts on the retail cost?
If they are $2.99 that makes them less than a 2-pack, if they are $3.99 that makes them more than a 2-pack.
Is this method of selling Minimates replacing or co-existing with the 2-pack format?
3.99 is fine with me but there is no way blind bags could replace to packs, I think of it more as supplementary.
-
So you would rather have limited access through brick an mortar with no blind bags at bigger retailers?
There is one store within 40 miles of me that sells Minimates so I think that blind bags are great from the perspective of getting them at more stores.
