  1. Thanks for those leads guys, but a more updated list is what I'm looking for, and the correct names of the figures... I collect these loose, so no need to have what they are paired up with in what package, just a plain list of all figures, by name and version (i.e. - Spiderman - unmasked, The Thing - clobbering time)

    Thanks

  2. And besides, Bryce Dallas Howard is not the ugliest woman ever. That title goes to Michael Jackson.

I for one think these will be great. Really great. While I think 4 box sets would've actually been a little cooler, looking at that Sandman sillouhette AND envisioning going to the theater to see SM3 with a SM3 minimate in my pocket...this'll be cool. And, the previous Gwen looked a tiny chunky and had a Barbie face. My guess for MJ and Gwen would be that they can't do any worse than they already have.

more boxsets? why? I agree, the Gwen Stacy looks like a McDonalds toy not a MM. She sorta looks possesed also, sorta scares me as she sits on the shelf and stares back at me :verymad:

  3. Thank for the nice welcome guys....well, I made my first MM purchase last night on ebay. I got the Sue Richards/Thing-powerhouse pack for $4.50 shipped and the x-men 4 pack w/dvd for $9 shipped!

Today I made a stop at my LCS and picked up Spiderman-unmasked/Dr.Octopus & Spiderman-masked/Gwen Stacy for $5 each box ($10 total)

I have started a want/have list in my signature

I think I'm addicted already! :teehee: My 5 yr old will dig em'

  4. I saw it on Sunday. It was ok, better then Hulk & Daredevil, not as good as Spidey 2 (btw- thats the top and bottom of Marvel movies IMO)

A little scarier for the younger viewers then I thought it would be though (its rated PG-13). All and all a average Marvel movie!

  5. Hi- I've been collecting comic books and figures since the late 70's. I'm 36 and hail from the eastside of Detroit. I'm divorced with the greatest 5 year old son anyone could ask for!!!! He's my avatar here  I mostly collect Spidey items and Valiant Comics. I have recently had a HUGE health problem which has forced me to sell my house and take residence else where for the time being. As a result I sold off all my figures except a few Spideys. I ran across a auction on ebay for these minimates and I started doing searches all over the internet and found a really cool site which linked over to here.

I don't have any minimates yet but because of the small size, lower price, and low shipping cost (if I buy off ebay) I think I'll start a collection of these, they look soo friggin cool!! Of course I'll start with the Spidey and Spidey related minimates.

Thanks and I hope to stick around awhile, forum looks pretty cool at first glance.

    Cheers,
