Hey, could someone list where the Black Order Members are at?

Did the TRU ones move to Walgreens? All I got so far is Proxima from Walgreens.

    Corvus Glaive- speciality and Walgreens

    Ebony Maw- specialty

    Cull Obsidian- Walgreens

The specialty sets are available now at Luke's. The specialty wave was formerly the TRU wave.  Ymmv for finding stuff at Walgreens.

  2. Thread necro to as to avoid cluttering another thread.  Wave 3- I was under the impression it never released but that there were some prototypes/paint masters that made it out.  Is that correct?  Also, wave 3 featured the Ringwraith 2 pack (based on weapons, it looked like Witchking and another), Lurtz/clear twilight Witchking, Strider/opaque twilight Witchking, and  Eowyn/Armored Witchking.  Arnim Zola, you've got picks of wave 3 in hand?

  3. I thought the only time they hit shelves was when they were on display shelves at TF, etc.  (The LotR 'mates were nice, but I've always thought it was odd that out of the 8 slots in that wave, 4 were dedicated to the Witchking.  He's cool and all, but that seemed like overkill.)

  4. Ditto for the most part.  I've been scoping out several of the Memphis stores.  Nothing new, except that someone recently cleared out the store closest to my house of IW, Ragnarok, and BP mates.  So now I know there's another collector in my neck of the woods, which is cool.  I don't collect as much these days, but someone is picking up my slack.

  5. It's almost like the recording quality and the playback quality make a difference to a listener's subjective interpretation.  Which is just insane.  But I heard yanny early this morning through phone speaker and Laurel through good head phones later.

  6. Also his name is wrong.  He'll always be black dwarf to me.  Gamora's accessory is cool.  A Cap/Falcon two-pack to me will always be a homerun.  Does Hulkbuster have the appropriate head under the slip cover mask?

  7. I was just about to pay some similar thinking.  The best of/greatest hits waves seem complete, but they are missing some of the more recent popularity surges and some holes from the earlier waves.

    Starlord/Rocket

    Invisible Woman/Human Torch

    Black Widow/Doctor Strange

    Thanos/Black Panther

I could see those as evergreen characters at this point.

If the GotG weren't the 2008 versions then I wouldn't care if they were made at all.

DnA or bust.  We'll soon have three releases of the MCU team plus the animated versions.  The 2008 would be killer.

    Dream list:

    Starlord/Mantis

    Rocket/Bug

    Moondragon/Phyla Vell

    Vance Astro/Jack Flag

    BAF Groot

With Drax/Adam Warlock(with Magus head) and Gamora/Cosmo at Walgreens.

  9. I remember seeing you post that when it happened.  It inspired to pull out the extra TFA Bucky I had.  Those legs are nearly identical to the IW legs.  Not at as detailed and cool looking as CW legs.

  10. I just got my Infinity War boxset in the mail.  My son and I excitedly sat down to open it up and finish off wave 1.  We were both disappointed when Winter Soldier's leg stayed in the packaging when the rest came out.  Thanos was missing the upper right-hand slip cover.  Basic QC issues can be a real bummer.

  11. If anyone needs anything from this wave, pm me.  I just left one of the local TRUs.  They had about 15 of each set.  The only set I purchased (not one of these) was 4.58 after taxes.

  12. Yeah, Black Panther bit the dust.

I overall thought it was a solid movie, probably one of the best in the MCU.  I get that Tony Stark is the star of the MCU, but I think that it's kind of lame that he has had zero character development since Iron Man 1.  The douche-off with Dr. Strange was fun though.  Thor's journey has really taken an interesting turn, but I'm curious about what happened to everyone else there- Valkyrie, Korg, Miek, and about half of the remaining Asgardian population.  Thor did mention that half his people died in the attack, but then he also goes on about having nothing left.  Banner/Hulk had an interesting development.  Hulk is a scaredy cat when he gets beat!

Re Gamora: out of all of the pre-Infinity Gauntlet dusty deaths, hers is the one that I think will not stick, mostly because we saw her after that, even if in a different form.  My thinking: She's not dead.  A soul for a soul.  I think that her soul is literally in/powering the soul stone.

Some clients were just in my office, and one had a pretty good idea: After the dusted heroes come back, everything looks nice and normal.  Then... Secret Invasion!  He thinks the dead heroes might come back only to be later revealed as skrull-type impostors.  Fun, rampant speculation.

  13. Just saw the movie, and it was really good.  DST did a pretty good job with selection.  Iron Man could really use some accessories, and Thor not coming with an extra head, arms, cape, and hammer is a major missed opportunity.  Like, major.  Hulk, imo, is a complete waste of a slot.  I would have preferred an Armored Thanos in that slot.

I honestly dislike microfigures. Scale has never been a spot-on thing in this line in the first place, and I prefer a character as prominent as Rocket be done as a proper figure compatible with the rest of the line, than a glorified accessory.

I'm the same.  This isn't a scale line and never has been.

Although i agree that the enormous gun is a played out  gag, that should go away, i am referring to the handle physically  being much too think for any minimate hand to grasp, it looks the size for  a gi joe RAH weapon

DST does a good job of creating realistic tiny weapons, capturing a surprising number of details for the size.  And handles/grips have suffered for it for a long time.  Rifles generally don't fit in a minimate hand without stretching it out.  Because a minimate hand is not at all shaped like a human hand.  I hate to hear that has worsened with this weapon.  I think a basic shield pistol may be a better accessory anyway.
