TRU finally added images of wave 1 ...it only took them two months.
Their online inventory breakdown appears to be:
91 Kirk
64 Sisko
51 Picard

Ok, now I am worried! Now that I've taken a second look inside that bridge, I'm not sure there would be enough room for that viewer inside even the bloated primary hull.
On a side note, I received a subspace transmission from BBTS that the Pike-prise is now available for pre-order.
-
The Pike-prise appears to have new bridge stickers, but no gooseneck viewer on the command chair. Should I be worried?
I doubt they would forget such an important detail on a product aimed at older collectors. I am more concerned about it being left off as a design choice. The Prime Directive demands a full inquiry into this matter!

The only thing that could have done better (IMHO) would have been an entire wave of TOS uniforms, to more directly tie in to the film, and I doubt anyone here would have wanted that.
OMG I would have loved a TOS uniform wave!
I'm really hoping for a TOS EV suit at some point. Some more TOS aliens would be fantastic too! A Klingon, Romulan, Andorian, Talosian... maybe a Kirk's Women 5 pack! There are so many exciting possibilities!
If we do get to the point where another Enterprise variant needs to be released... my vote would be for the Defiant with EV suit Kirk.

I don't believe we're making any more Constellation-class vessels after this.
I see what you did there!

This is fantastic news! I was becoming depressed when this thread was being pushed down by lesser licenses. As much as I would love the shuttlecraft to be made, I doubt that it is this new product. I read a statement from a DST employee that they believed MM Enterprise had not "blown the doors off."
I'm excited about the possibility of any Trek themed minimate product. The Prime Directive demands more TOS minimates!

It's nice to see such... dedication? It makes me feel better to see there are others whose affliction is worse than mine.
We should work on selling out the last 3 TRU sets. TRU.com had 100/60/60 Kirk/Picard/Sisko in inventory when I last checked.

Very cool! I am still waiting for my I.S.S. Enterprise to arrive. I must say I prefer this new window design choice to the previous one.
Thanks for the cool photos!

If anyone still needs a set of stickers, just shoot me a PM.
I'm sure I will be making more, but first I would like to see what DST unveils at SDCC.
Do we think that DST may have a Star Trek minimates announcement? *crosses fingers* Does DST let us know how well particular lines perform?

I didn't think the Enterprise vehicle could get any better, but the Tribble version is definitely my favorite! As Ufemizm mentioned, included are a generous amount of tribbles.
After seeing how fantastic this wave was... I'm really hoping for future waves. If there aren't more waves... let's just say that someone's voicemail will be filled with Klingon opera.

The legs issue is more noticeable however, I think the legs have sufficient range of motion already.
If the legs are naked, yes. But when you put coverings on them, the range is restricted.
The needs of the many minimates outweigh the needs of the few.

Welcome to the boards, Paranoid Professional! I can tell that your 1000% close-up photographs of 2-inch tall toys is going to drive me -- and the rest of the board -- crazy, for completely different reasons. But they're very detailed!
Whoa! A personal welcome from Zach! Thank you!
I understand your point about the 1000% shots. I'll put the macro lens away.
I really love the new Trek line. Minimates have activated this odd hoarding trait that I never knew I had. Even though I have multiples of the TRU and LCS sets I find myself buying MORE sets. I can't explain it!

Ship Kirk's weapons are painted differently. His hand phaser has metallic parts... but he does not appear to come with a belt to holster it. The phaser rifle is missing the blue grey paint that the TRU Kirk had.
This paint app on the back of the saucer appears out of place. The curvature of the windows suggest it was meant for another part of the ship. It is on both sides of the saucer.

The Enterprise arrived today. This thing is FANTASTIC! The overall style, the details ...it's PERFECT!
The included Kirk is slightly different than the TRU wave. His hair and feet are glossy and his skintone is a lot more red. Also included is what appears to be a BBQ sauce stain on his collar.
Scotty has never looked happier!

New forum member here. I am relatively new to minimates but have quickly become obsessed with collecting the Star Trek and Battlestar Galactica lines. I've been pleased with these new waves, the TRU Picard is EPIC! The level of detail in the faces, hair and accessories is vastly improved over the older Trek releases. The only gripe I have with them is the waist piece. The older waist pieces were not as wide and had extra plastic in the seat.
You can see the difference in the waist parts in this next photo. Also visible is how the paint apps on the new Kirk were not applied as well as the older one. The shoulders kind of bow out as well, perhaps for better articulation?
Poor Captain Kirk has lost his confidence due to his thunder thighs and is neglecting his duties.
The problem is easily fixed if you have one of the older Kirk mates on hand. See how much better he looks?
Here are the Klingons having a laugh at Kirk's current ride. I can't wait for my Enterprises to arrive! I'm really hoping for that shuttle that DST has shown photos of.

Well if we had a Romulan minimate we could argue that you had been conditioned by them. *hint* *hint*
