Really? I think how disturbing that whole thing was is the very essence of the series and making an adorable minimate out of him would fit perfectly with what they've done so far. Not to mention the severed heads in question could be used for generic bite victims in your display. Is it too soon to start wishlisting for series 5?

I read the first three TPBs this week, I had previously only a viewer of the TV show. It's been fun getting to know the versions of the characters that the minimates actually depict. Now I cant wait for an Axel/Thomas 2 pack with butcher knife and severed heads of Hershel's youngest.

Thats kind of a relief, I really need to get TWD Series 3 out of the way before I go nuts with this wave. At least 3 Maria Hill sets, and two of everything else except the Spidey set.

I have absolutely no desire for Stacy X, horrible character. Boring and unattractive design.

If for some odd reason she came packaged with Madeline Pryor, my biggest want, id buy the two pack.

I'm giving up on Blob/Pyro for this wave, I really think "fan service" means risky or newly tooled mates, and that makes me think Mojo and Spiral, who have previously been impossible to make. As for the army builder, who are these guys? Spineless ones? Mindless ones?

I have a question for Zach.

Do the pairings in this wave make sense (aside from them all being in the same corner of the MU)? I twice listed Banshee/Blob and Pyro/Sunfire as sets because from a marketing perspective it makes sense to me. I feel that Banshee and Sunfire could be anchors and the whole wave would do better than having them both in the same set with what would end up being 3 sets of 2 villians, even though Pyro/Blob makes more sense in an efficient team building way.

Hmmmmm. So there is still hope that its an X Men themed wave.

Is Wendigo considered an X Men character? He appeared in the Konami game but I'm not familiar with his origins or affiliations, but he is also an army builder so......

I agree that Andrea and Lori were annoying as hell on the TV show but if you watch the episodes again after knowing their fate you will see quite a bit of foreshadowing and it justifies their annoying behavior (like, seriously Lori, its the f-ing zombie apocolypse, let the kid have a gun......oh wait, he kills her with a gun. Genius!)

I personally find Maggie to be one of the most annoying characters on the show and I found myself wishing death upon her in season 3, especially after she gave up the prison location. I know that when she does die it will be tragic and sad and perfect and will probably end up making Glen ten times more interesting, so I can put up with it.

I only started collecting Marvel Minimates a few months ago. Strangely enough I have no Wolverines, Hulks or Iron Men. They were characters I was avoiding on purpose so I wouldnt end up with ten million of them throughout my collecting career. I had the 90s 4 pack Wolvie but its hip snapped which i think was pretty common.

the thing that makes the zombies the weak sellers is the lack of accessories. sure they have unique sculpting and extra arms but the value isnt there like it is with say, Rick, who came armed to the teeth.

theyre rereleases like the zombies, rick and michonne in waves 1 and 2 were rereleases of the LCS waves, "shared" is the term i see used. the difference with this wave is that you can choose to skip out on two of the zombies and still get all of the survivor characters. But who would skip out on the zombies???

I joined because I wanted to build up a trade reputation on a forum where people actually trade minimates, instead of WWE (Wfigs) and Marvel Legends (Fwoosh), where I have been for years. All of the extra chit chat about minimates has been a bonus.
