How did you build the "Psionic Knife"??

Thanks. The knife is just cut from sheet plastic that I put a slight curve to. It attaches to the ring around the wrist.

Mine fell off the back of a truck, if you catch my drift.

I'm just kidding, I got waves 1-11, the Giant sized X-men pack, some C3, and the Dark Phoenix and Thanos 2-packs from my local comic shop, Prof. X and Magneto from AFX, Iron Fist and Powerman from Wizard Universe, and a boat load of cheap C3 and regular minimates from Toysrus.

Does TRU still sell Minimates??

My Wife usually lets me bid on items she considers pointless.

But when I said hey look, Silver Spider-Man only $200.

Her reply was, "Is it real Silver?"

My answer, "no just paint"

To which she said," how big is it again?"

I show her a minimate

After a quick look at a minimate she says "and you like sleeping on the couch?"

to which I said, "no."

and then she said, "you can do what you want but know where you would be sleeping"

I like sleeping in bed so I'm out of the bid insanity.

OK so Danny made a comment on the MMC forums ( remember those ) And I actually agree with him..

I thought the pale blue looked kinda cool but didn't seem 'metallic' enough...

So I repainted the face silver and swapped the limbs out...

Is this one more 'IronMan' or should I have left it alone?

now... I am so looking forward to the Archangel and the Apocalypse....since they are quite difficult to design (in my opinion)...

I seem to be the only die-hard collector (in Eastern Canada) so I've always managed to get the chase...

Yeah, I seem to be the only one out here on the West coast but it's been difficult finding them let alone getting chase figures. Hopefully Wal-Mart will carry waves 12 and 13.

Even if you can find the Minimates in west coast Canada (B.C.), the minimates are so freakin' expensive.... it's because only very few comic stores sell the minimates here... sad

I think the "Ghost Rider" was pretty well done....
