I messaged CS over a week ago, got a response but not a confirmation that parts are being sent. I've sent two follow up emails and haven't recieved a response. I miss Amy.
Me too. Amy was always on point, professional, and promptly followed up. Current CS not so much.
What are you having a problem with?
"I’ll check and let you know later this afternoon." That was a week ago.

Deadly Foes has been sold through other outlets. This might need it's own thread, but what sets have performed well and what exactly defines performing well?
As Mister PL mentioned, a third of the inventory in six months sounds like it did ok. But I don't know what exactly defines ok.
I'd guess Luke covering his costs would define "ok" and making a profit would cover "performing well."

I actually kind of like the idea of Gotham minimates. DST usually does a pretty good job with live action properties so I'm fairly optimistic.

I like stew.

If they do POTA and we don't finally get minimate horses...

Sure, sure, ditch the one I want the most. Thanks.

I'm all for a Snarf/Rocket style Minya thrown into a set as an accessory. Probably too much tooling on the actual figures for that to ever cost out tho.

How about an A-Force box set?
Disco Dazzler, Hellcat, Medusa, Moondragon. -
Sounds like when I found Hulk movie minimates at Target back when. That ended up being a 3rd party vendor.

FantFourStic? Sounds like some sort of kitchen cleaner.

I got the refund and the shipping notice yesterday too. What a mess. I wouldn't have bothered ordering any if they didn't have all four available.
-
I was slightly put off by the "Free shipping for domestic orders" then charged $1 for shipping. But like I said, it's not a big deal, $1 is still really cheap
When I ordered the shipping was free. It was $1 to add insurance.

...essentially I want the Legendary Heroes line in minimate form. I would love to see all sorts of cool Indy comics characters get made.
The Pitt would be perfect for minimates. He already doesn't have a nose!

Gmonkey2k for taking the initiative to start and maintain the DST Facebook/Twitter updates thread.

Interesting. Looks like they have 90+ of Munchkin and 70+ of the other three. Thanks for the heads up. I'm in for a set.

Kraang is the perfect garnish for your favorite holiday beverage.

There were at least 8 of these at my nearest Hastings. That bodes well for getting your order filled if you have to order them; they usually don't get that many of any single set. QC looked good on all the sets, too.

I can confirm this is the correct order based on the multiple cases I opened myself. The order was from front to back:
Illusive man
Wrex x2
Liara x2
Jane Doe x2
Ashley x2
John Doe x3
Garrus x3
Tali x3
Jibes with the box I searched through today. These are mostly easy to tell what's in the bags. Though I did lose track of what I pulled at one point and ended up with an extra Ashley. If anyone needs her she's available.
There were two displays on the counter? Side by side? Weird. Why would they do that?
There's no such thing as a stockroom in retail at Christmas; everything goes out on the sales floor.

BBTS just listed these with an image:

I think they have to publish something once a decade or something like that in order to maintain the copyright unless it is in dispute (i.e. MarvelMan).
I think you may be confusing copyright and trademark. http://www.stopfakes.gov/faqs/how-long-does-patent-trademark-or-copyright-protection-last
