I love DBZ so much, and I would be enthralled to have minimates of them. I haven't watched the show in a while, need to change that now. I think you guys have some great ideas, Zak and Josh, especially with all the alternate parts and energy blasts.

Throwing my hat into the ring, I think the best way for DBZ mates to work would be to do a Star Trek Legacy type formula. Covering main/favorite characters in two packs; were the pack-ins relate to each other, but the wave covers multiple points in the show.

I would like to see:

Wave 1 TRU

Goku and Final Form Frieza

Goku With kamehameha wave, and parts to turn him into super sayain

Frieza comes in 100% power final form, with original final form underneath and comes with death cannon.

Piccolo and Vegeta

Piccolo comes with removable turban and cape, special beam laser, and maybe severed arm nub

Vegeta in his sleeveless blue jumper outfit, super sayain parts, Kame wave and alternate majin head

Cell Saga SS Gohan and Perfect Cell

Gohan(my favorite character(and variation) BTW) comes with removable cape, kame wave and SS2 parts

Cell comes with kame wave

Krillin and Future Trunks

Krillin comes with destructo disc and bag of sensu beans

Trunks comes with removable sword, SS parts and kame wave

LCS wave 1

Kai blasted Goku and first form Frieza

Goku is red tinted and comes with spirit bomb

Frieza comes with removable armor and death beam

Piccolo training outfit Gohan and Bulma

Gohan comes with ki blast, long hair and bowl cut hair

Bulma comes with dragon ball scanner and smiling face and angry face.

SS3 Goku or unweighted Goku or Battle Damaged Goku and Master Roshi

Goku comes yellow tinted with Kame Wave

Or Comes with pile of discarded boots, wrist bands, and undershirt and Kame blast or battle damaged with bd SS2 parts and Kame wave

Master Roshi comes with walking stick and turtle shell backpack

Vegito and Super Buu

Vegito comes with SS parts and either banshee blast or spirit sword blast

Super Buu comes with battle damaged head and Human extinction blast

When there is a figure with SS pack ins and for Bulma, I mean a new hair piece but one head with tampos on each side, like jubilee. So all that you have to do is switch the head, since these packs will have a lot in them already.

I would also like to see minimate size Dragon Balls packed in the TRU pack at 2 per pack for 3 packs and the last dragon ball and a holder for all them in the 4th pack.

In the LCS wave I would love a Shenlong BAF as well.

Now its back up?! I feel bad about all the rioting I did yesterday. Really good to have MMMV back though; all the food I've been making this week suffered greatly. Thanks for keeping us updated.

The LCS I'm getting these from said 6, 6, 2, and 2; with the Human packs being the short packed sets. Can someone confirm this though?

I've seen these at TRU, and they are pretty small. Almost half the size of that bike in the picture above with Cap.

Also, I almost picked up the one with the Captain American design but was put off by the pairing( they come in 2 packs and blind bags). They packed Captain America with Green Goblin for some reason.

Wow, they have variants and Lcs exclusives? They even have Marvel Select and DC statues and busts on their site. As much as Walmart is evil, this might benefits minimates. Maybe we will see minimates return to Walmart. It is interesting that they even have them eligible for site to store.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind Peter Pan mates.

If it means we can get the Albion or something close, and some more pirates or pirate accessories from CJPR series 2, I'd be happy.

If it really it a Disney set, I'm interested in seeing what this could do for minimates.

Why is this so desired? I think the offset peg allows for much more dynamic poses. You can have a character as far over as you like with these and still not need to worry about him falling over. A centered peg, in my opinion, would not be as stable if posing, say, Rhino charging.

Not looking for a fight, I am honestly curious.

I also agree, the larger stand is great for bulked up mates and unbalanced ones(like Stilt-man and Scorpion). The smaller one is also good for support; and with the peg where it is, a mate can stand centered on it for regular display. Just my thoughts though. I think they both are perfect in their own way. Really hoping to get that bag o' bases that was mentioned.

That's really weird, my dad bought some mates for me as a Christmas gift the week before Christmas and he said they arrived three days later. He lives in New Jersey.

So I check my local TRU Christmas eve eve( the 23rd), there hadn't arrived yet. Took a holiday break, went back the 26th and sure enough they came and went. One lonely cute zombie hung there mocking me. But today my girlfriend went to Montgomery, Pa, she's the real Walking Dead fan in our house, and they had a full case worth just hanging on an isle end cap. So now we have a set for us, and one of each exclusive if anyone needs/wants them for a trade. Just send me pm.
