Ok. If the TRU's that don't have 24 also don't have Ragnarok then I'm hoping it's just an uneven distribution thing that will fix itself in time.

I could see 24 not shipping everywhere but I would imagine all stores want to stock Ragnarok merch.

How widespread have the TRU releases been?

Haven't seen these in NY state yet.

F4 are the best and it's pretty awesome that Minimates have tackled so many army builders. I picked Alpha Primitives.

I love the FF kids too and would love to see versions of them. Probably the last great Marvel comic I read real-time.

If my house catches on fire, I can carry a collection of over 1,000 Minimates out the door with relative ease.

Can somebody please hook me up with a full set, cost + shipping? I checked every TRU I could on my NYCC road trip and had no luck.

FYI - If I help you clear out your Wave 24 stock then your store will have a better chance of carrying Wave 25.

Does anyone here build their own shelving for displays? I don't display my Minimates yet but I do for the Marvel Legends collection I curate. I don't trust anything from stores anymore...

I LOVE Toys R Us but they can be down right aggravating from time to time.

There's 5 or 6 of those at the New Hartford TRU if you're still looking.

Is there a different number we could use besides UPC (and not SKU)? I called two TRUs and they couldn't use those numbers. I think there's a separate item number on the receipt IIRC?

The reorganization success rate coming out of chapter eleven is only about 10% but they will at least buy themselves time. They say they won't be closing stores but I have no idea how that works in any form of reality. I would expect at least 50 US stores closings announced within a year. Foreign sales have been down too but I'm not as familiar with that aspect of their operations. I don't think TRU is alone here, retail in general feels like the next dot com bubble.

They're going to have to re-evaluate their relationships with their vendors.

They're going to have to completely overhaul how they approach online retail. Not just "I can't order the Minimates I want" but a ground-up restructuring of how they approach inventory in general.

I wouldn't be surprised to see them merger with someone who wants a bigger presence in baby furniture. Like.....Walmart?  

4th quarter will be interesting for obvious reasons. That's going to be make it or break it time and we'll have a much better picture of their future at that time.

All four stores in my area are showing "not available" on the website, but a few of them just replenished and those that didn't still have old stock. That's odd because their website used to be a pretty good restock indicator if you monitored it close enough.

I wasn't sure if I wanted Skurge so I checked Walgreens today to evaluate one in-hand. Well, they had Skurge and they also had Wave 6:

I only collect comic versions so I picked these up for White Tiger and Medusa. I didn't see the Spidey/Iron Fist set and I'm not buying that Abomination. These things come out sooo fast. It's kind of nice having such a steady stream of product again. Challenging! But nice.

Medusa is excellent. I don't understand the complaints about her not passing for a comics version and I'm the biggest comics-only advocate here. Just like The Leader, Medusa changes her appearance constantly. It isn't really a hill to die on for me. I think you'll really appreciate her once you have one in-hand.
