  1. YB I put that ax in Rick's duffle bag, but it looks silly when Rick's hatchet is at least twice the size. Is that a new riffle sculpt? And I see we're back to revolvers, A-Bomb will be sad smile.png

Forget what I said about the riffles sad.png I actually looked at the pictures and there the same :/

I just want a regular, modern hand gun close to what he uses in the book. :(

  2. well how many bags are you guys needing? I truly hope that they bring enough supply to meet demand. I myself want to buy around 500 stands total to meet my figures needs. If Zach can confirm that there should hopefully be no problem in stock amounts I'll buy more and pass them along at cost plus shipping.

Honestly, I'd just like to be able to grab one or two of the packs with the clear stands, and one of the packs with the "special" stands.

  3. I would say it's highly unlikely BB will ever be Minimates. Funko was trying to get rights to do BB Pops and mentioned that Mezco had sealed up the rights to BB in a way that didn't leave wiggle room for them to make anything. If that's the case, I doubt Minimates will happen when they have the Mez-Itz line of similar sized figures.

    Awww, that's really disheartening news.

I like what Mezco is doing and all, heck I have a LOT of their stuff on preorder, but man... I can't help but to feel like I took a punch to the stomach since Minimates are my favorite style of toy and collectible.

  4. On my list of top "wants" for Minimates, Breaking Bad has been at the top for a long long time.

I don't know how likely this is, but would anyone else dig these? My dream series one would be:

Walter in button up shirt/underwear with a silver pistol / Jesse in a jacket & beanie and his red duffle bag of money

Walter and Jesse in the blue/green hazmat suits with gas masks and chemistry equipment accessories

Tuco with his assualt rife and knife / Hank Shrader with his pistol

Skyler / DEA Agent Gomez w/ pistol and DEA badge

--Obviously that is all Season 1/2 based... but there are so many great things that could be done.

I do know Mezco has the license for figures, bobbleheads, and their own minis (Mez-Itz), but these would be fantastic in my opinion.

  5. Sup guys? I REALLY want this to succeed, so here it goes...

    From the IndyGoGo page:

"Greetings everyone. My name is Chris R. Notarile of Blinky Productions INC. If you haven't already noticed, I am producing a bi-weekly Deadpool Fan Webseries and I need your help!

Fan films are labors of love and in an effort to make something truly spectacular, I'm calling on all my fellow Deadpool and Blinky fans to help out. "How can I help?", you ask? Well it's simple, season One of Deadpool will have ten episodes. Each episode costs about $1,000.00 to make. We are trying to reach a goal of $10,000.00. With this money, we will be able to properly make each episode without having to cut corners and be able to stick to our bi-weekly schedule rather than succumbing to a missed deadline.

So please, if you can, donate to our cause. Help us make the greatest Deadpool webseries EVER!!! Help us show Hollywood how it's done!"

  6. Well, I want to add a few more things to the "spoiler discussion" that has been going on.

Since everyone keeps pointing out that this is a thread about the toys, and not the comic itself... there really is no need for anyone in here to discuss ANYTHING past the prison arc, since that is pretty much where we are at this point with the 'Mates. So, anything... say, past one-armed one-eyed Governor doesn't need to be mentioned right now, does it?

I mention that specific Governor, because I am pretty certain EVERYONE has read up until that point. But even with everything I have previously said, I think keeping any discussion in here based on the comic should be limited to what is in the current, or (when announced) upcoming waves.

Why talk about anything past issue 48, when we aren't even past it in the line yet?

Tenime, and anyone else who isn't current - if anything I said offended you previously, I do apologize.

We have a Morgan figure. He doesn't show up again until well after the prison. I don't think we can pin the figures down to one time frame, they're obviously not all going to go in chronological order. I'm hoping we get Abraham and Eugene before Jim or Allen.

I keep on forgetting Morgan got released.

  8. Spoilers are much more abundant than sharks. You should go in the ocean and body surf, dude. You're missing out.

I live in a desert, lol.

It's still spending more than I have to, and I can't afford to. It doesn't matter how much it's "spread out over".

And I buy trades because I prefer their collected format.

I couldn't imagine being six months behind. :(

  9. $3 a month is nothing.

Times 6 issues (which is what is collected in the trades) is $18.

Then to buy the trade for about $15.

I don't feel like spending $33 to have the same story twice. Sorry.

Well, to each their own, but it isn't like you're dropping $33 all at once, it's spaced out and affordable. It's three dollars a month, and then $15 later on. That isn't going to break anyone. If you've collected the single issues, I'm not even sure why you'd want the volumes.

Like I said, I personally don't post spoilers - but I also never have to worry about being spoiled since I stay current. The TV show is another beast entirely, and because I don't want to be spoiled with it, I avoid all things reddit, tumblr, and message board related that have to do with the show. I don't go anywhere that has a chance of spoilers... just like I don't swim in the ocean, sharks are abundant.

  10. I actually wait for the big omnibus editions, the 4th is due any day now. That's just how I prefer to read my comics. I like reading them all in one go, rather than having to wait month to month.

I don't expect to avoid spoilers, but there are people that would prefer to read trades regardless of expense, and I can understand why they would want to avoid having the story ruined for them.

I think it's the same argument as people that prefer to wait for box sets of TV shows. Some watch them weekly, others will wait and blow through the box set in a weekend.

I understand some people may prefer to wait it out, but the quickest collections (trade paperbacks) still take around six months to be released. I don't post spoilers, but I'm not going to expect other people not to either. After just six months, most people probably assume enough time has passed to talk about what happened six issues ago... that goes double for the hardcover collections that take a year to be released. Omnibuses and the compendiums take even longer.

What I'm getting at is, there just isn't really a time that is acceptable for anyone to talk about anything with any comic that is current... heck, the same could be said for other titles that are over with, and long ended because someone could pick them up ten years after they've ended. The only way both sides could be happy (at least on a forum), is that two separate threads are created and are labeled as "Spoiler Free" or "Spoilers".

If someone decides to not stay current with the story, and wait up to half a year, or longer - who really expects people that stay with it to not talk about it at all?
