So I picked up the Wolverine and Viewtiful Joe 2 Pack and after a few moments THE VOX and I began trading comments about Viewtiful's "Pink Thing":

My first Minimate purchase was the Web Armor Spiderman, I have yet to pick up a 2 pack but to help start me off on this road I received a Punisher 4 pack (Warzone) As well as a couple of Ghost Riders, Incredible Hulks, and Spiderman.

Series 1 is Pre Armored Spiderman and Battle Damage Iron Man They have re-vamped Series 1 and now include the 2 new figures to make 8 total for series 1.

dont be thrown off by the "mystery" figure on the packages its just there to represent that they are all mystery(blind bagged) figs
Maybe, but the packaging shows everybody else but the battle damage iron man, and even the official site doesn't mention it...

BD ironman is on the left 8 figures total in each series, looks like they are all there to me.
This package is from the revised Series 1 The original only had 6 figures, Green Goblin Spiderman, Black Spiderman, Invincible Iron Man,Venom and War Machine. It was not until recently This last year I think that the Armored Spiderman (silver one) and the Battle Damaged Iron Man were added. I have packages from the original series one which do not show the Armored Spiderman or the BD Iron Man.
Also want to mention that with the cheat sheet numbers it seems that they only work for a single box. in other words it has been my finding that if I take packages from 2 boxes the numbers do not mean anything and you can get duplicates with different numbers. My experience has been to search a single box and simply find the 6 or 8 different numbers stamped into the side of the package.

Greetings,
I have just recently been made aware of your group through a coworker of mine: The Vox, The Vox introduced me to the minifigure scene and I have enjoyed building my collection. I enjoy superheros and though I do not and have not followed all stories and do not keep up todate with everything I do enjoy collecting my interests. Thanks to The Vox for the corruption, but also for the new found enjoyment. Even though I was introduced to the Marvel MiniMates I actually started my collection with Series 1 Mega Bloks Mini Figures. Now witht he exception of 2 characters I have completed Series 1 through 3 and am beginning the Minimate collection and fighting an addiction.
I am a quiet one and do not post often but hope to be able to ask questions and find great resources here.

I knew when I saw the Marvel Vs. Capcom Series 2 Bionic Comando (Spencer) That I would be using him as fodder and saving his arm.
I made a simple mod to DC Minimate Wave 8 Cyborg which I think makes him look much better, I took Spencer's Robtoic arm and replaced one of Cyborg's see the before and after.
