Have either of you guys seen the actual figures yet? They are bizarre looking to me...wondering if anyone else finds the aesthetic as mind boggling as I do.

Two questions.

1.Has anyone here purchased the BB tpb? I can't seem to find any pictures of it.

2.Is there a complete list of the comic book variant covers somewhere? I'm trying to complete things with some recently received Christmas wealth but can't seem to find out if there are ones I don't have.

Sadness, but only from the point of someone who misses all the dates because he's an idiot...so fair play. This year I will absolutely be doing birthday elephant...again...all the customs and effort you guys go to is amazing!

Definitely in the process of getting a Kickstarter together for a project I have been working on for sometime. One of the perks we'd like to offer people are custom toys. We are thinking 2-3 types of toys with quantities ranging from 50-100 of each. Obviously this is a massive commission and I am looking for someone reliable. I am simply going to say that the people over at LRG are disturbingly articulate and pinpoint in their hatred. Unless all of them are work-at-home freelance writers of some sort, they go out of their way to say negative,mean and simply ridiculous things to Zach...sometimes not even about Battle Beasts.

I am very excited about the launch of the line. Zach does TRU Series 1 and LCS Series 1 ship at the same time?

It's more like Thundercats/Beast Wars/Battle Beasts. Mainly Thundercats. It looks really cool though. I was putting up the displays for it today. I'd like that giant boat.

And yes, DST sat on this too long. If they claim that was their intention or not, I don't care. They over shot the release date by 6 months.

The wait is getting exhausting for me, I've collected other lines of non-Minimate toys before but never have I been this excited and bought into so much hype...I hope these hit shelves soon.

Any one seen them in the wild yet? I've read numerous people say that they have shipped.

Battle Beast month! Anyone excited?

I personally do think that we should be worried. Well at least this is how I reassure myself that wave 2 will see the light of day. We've had multiple MAX mates released, multiple Calico Jack waves as well as Universal Monsters...now I'm not saying BB are "better" than the previously mentioned lines but the likelihood of kids and non-collectors buying awesome looking animals with weapons seems higher than the other lines we have seen that to the average person appear to be a Lego-imitator or as I've heard people say "lego dudes on steroids!"

Battle Beasts to me has the necessary visual appeal to sell.

*just a BB fanboy trying to make himself feel better*
