  1. Okay, FF Spidey is worth EVERY penny. This thing is amazing. Articulation is spot on (i'm worried about the torso. My Constrictor's ratchet joint is now GONE completely, and he just flops around. Spidey has the same torso) and the paint is INCREDIBLE. Such a fun toy, and i'm glad i love the costume to enjoy it even more.

Now, please Hasbro, repaint this as normal Spidey, with painted webbing instead of sculpted, and give him two pairs of hands, and you will be DONE making Spider-men.

The one fig I cannot find. Glad to know it's quality if I ever track one down though. Still looking for Terrax Arms and Klaw leg if anyones wanting to trade for Red Skull Zola pieces

Sorry, not excited about this new obsession.

  2. So yeah, I admit I'm afraid of tornadoes. I've been hooked to the forecast all day and as some of you may know, we are looking at a nasty day of storms through the central U.S. tomorrow. Just want to say to everyone that is in this area, stay safe and make sure to be prepared.

  3. The temptation of building Red Skull-Zola is intense right now....knowing i only need to buy the Piledriver and Daken sitting on the shelves of my LCS is not helping. Knowing i'd still need to track down a cheap Madame Masque and Thunderball isn't, either.

Regardless, Viper is not nearly as bad as everyone makes her out to be. She's not the most attractive female figure i own, but she's up there as one of the best; joints and articulation are solid, she can hold her accessories well, and the paint is great. The face varies from bad to tolerable depending on the angle. Is she as attractive as the proto led us to think? God no. But not every woman in the Marvel Universe who happens to be the leader of a terrorist cell in a foreign country can be incredibly beautiful, and that's how i'm justifying it.

Really happy with her, regardless.

I know what you mean man, I now have a full Zola plus an extra left arm from my friend and the Red Skull face/head from my variants. REALLY thinking about tracking down the rest so I can have both full BAF's.

Oh, and also, does anyone know if they will be showing any new Legends at C2E2? I'm uber eager to hear more about the new Archangel coming out.

  4. Well after getting piledriver I realized the head control piece is a variant for redskull so I would like to offer to any of you wrecking crew fans, would anyone like to trade me the yellow Zola head that came with wrecking ball, and the remote for an out of box piledriver?

Again, that is a full loose figure for just a measly BAF piece... ;) ;) ;) No biggie.

    And gone, back to discussion.

  6. I'll do you one better, guys:

MY LCS just got in a new case this week and forgot to tell me on Wednesday when i called to pull books. I ordered her Wednesday, and he showed Viper to me.

    Cruel, cruel irony.

Birght side, FF Spider-man on hold now.

Nice! I'm going to pick up drax and pile driver tomorrow (/puke to both) but that will finish my Zola, might get viper for the red skull though.

  7. Well, I just went to TRU and asked where these were. The liar "aka manager" told me he had no idea. I was prompt in my physical assault of his throat. 56 karate chops directly to his larynx was a modest action for what the man truly deserved for obviously lying about his lack of knowledge of this obviously released set. So, with the help being of no true help, I mosied on over to the minimate aisle. Apparently I was too late as this set was sold out, of course my wrath refused to remain harnessed. I unleashed my fury with a flat kick of my foot directly to the shelf which set off a chain reaction of domino-esque consequences. No less than three children were squished flat in the wake of mine own fury. The last shelf fell into the Toys R Us incinerator "which all TRU's have directly in the center of the shop". The store burnt to the ground as well as the adjacent sub-division.

    ...

This is why we don't lie about minimates....

With that being said, touche sir...touche.
